This issue is due to Sims 4's base game slider issue (which you see in CAS, next to your sims'. You see two sliders, right? Muscle and Body Fat. Those ones).

Hi everyone!
I'm working on a new Reshade Preset called "Running low on serotonin". This preset is aiming to give more realistic look to your game environment and of course, to your characters, just like "Photorealistic Mountains Are My Throne".
