Looking up references for the character, I found that his name is Mil-chan, while Dakuna is the creator. I am trying to complete it as soon as possible, and I think I am at a good point. The body is completed, while for the face I would like to try to improve the eyelashes. The hair is at a good stage, but some details still need to be added.

I normally update one character per month, but since there are 40 characters to update, that means it would take 4 years.

In the end, for the hair, I decided to use a model taken from COM3D2 that I added to my Mod. I'm not super satisfied with how they came out, but I don't think I can do better, since it took me too many hours to make them. Just a few tweaks are missing, and the character is ready.
