Originally I just wanted to do a simple Dia De Los Muertos shoot, but as I made the head dress, it became more and more elaborate, and soon it resembled something more Tibetan or Hindu than Mexican. These two make a great team. Though I'd shot a few times at the dunes during sunset, this was definitely a special case. I've never been great at shooting two models together, so this was a great challenge that really helped me loosen up with the concept.
