Finally feeling a bit warmer, I had Cherish change into a new pink bodysuit I had ordered online. Like all the others, it fit her like a glove. And as I had hoped, the color complimented her skin and look so perfectly that it was as if the suit had been made for her.

Finally feeling brave, cherish took down the top of her bodysuit and I suggested she keep her sweater on. I knew this would look great, but I also knew it would keep her warm enough before the clouds went past the sun and could warm her up a bit. These are things you have to think about when working with models, especially those who take their clothes off for you.

As is often the case, the dunes were empty. With the amount of unexpected rain we had been receiving, our usually flat blue sky was engorged with lush, fluffy bundles of clouds. I couldn't help but take a few shots of the sky as Cherish continued to try to keep warm.

Still early in the day, it was difficult to get started. I let her put her sweater back on intermittently just so she wouldn't...y'know....die...and stuff. My favorite shot of her is on top here puckering her lips. So adorable. Cherish can never hide her emtional state.

Whenever she's cold or feeling self-conscious, she always does this "cat crawling" hand motion, which I barely captured here. Unfortunately, she was too cold to really put all her emphasis into it.

I hadn't seen Cherish in abot six months, so it was good to meet up with her. This was right before Christmas and she needed a release for the drama and demands of family and in-laws. Though the weather looked warm in the photos, the icy wind was freezing her tiny frame the moment we walked onto the dunes.
