wolfed down a pack of uncooked tortellini after everything i consumed in my last post, they soaked up all the soda nicely and was left with a heavy bloat that lasted till the morning 😩

Rock Solid Gut

wolfed down half a box of crackers, bag of chips and two cans of seltzer topped with 2 liters of liquid. i could finish the full 3 liter bottle if i pushed myself, but right now i'm rubbing this tank with lots of lotion 🧴

Eating all day again

I had Panda Express earlier in the day and a hefty Olive Garden meal that night...the second shirt is an XL i bought the same day. didn't expect my gut to show like a baby bump but hey 🤷🏻‍♂️

i love doing this because it tenses my ab muscles underneath all the fat, then when i'm packed full later and massage my belly i can feel where it's tense. which allows me to give the appropriate amount of rubs 🥵

i bought this shirt not even two months ago...

it's now my favorite shirt to balloon out of 🥵 i'm steady at 210 rn but maybe i'll get up to 215 by the end of the month. i love smacking my ball gut like this when im overstuffed just to see how solid it is.

i got the urge to drive to Denny's at 8 PM one night. had a omelette w/ hashbrowns, chicken sandwich, fries and a shake. wolfed it down in 15 minutes or so then went to Taco Bell for some potatoes + Cinnabons + chips and cheese. by the end i could feel my gut hanging in front of me. solid with little give. i discovered what felt like a huge knot at the top of my stomach. i almost came right then and there just from massaging it...that feeling was orgasmic within itself. the only thing i disli...

Binging All Day
