As our T.O.U state on our page, in each individual post, and even in each package file, we don't generally allow our meshes to be included in blender scenes for download.
We create early access content for The Sims.
What about personal use, like for your own personal blender renders?

Haven't done one of these in a while, so thought I'd share a little speed meshing video with you guys 😊 The meshing took about 45 mins in real time.
This object isn't fully finished yet, only tested it with one texture in substance painter (same one we made for the sofa set!) & still gotta add the studs round the edges (hoping the poly won't be too high! 😬)
