Bad news | charger issues

alright so my tablet charger has been having issues for a month now and now it won't charge for 90% of the time. but today i tried to charge it and it's not working 98% of the time and when it does, the connector gets really hot, smells like burning plastic, and for some reason makes a really high pitch ringing sound that i can only hear in one ear.
so my charger is done for, and i'm too broke right now to order a new one, it's a surface pro 2 so it won't just take any charger, it has to be a...

i'm sorry this month has been slow again, work is exhausting, i work 11pm-7am wed-sun

alright so today I went through, made things a bit more clear, added things here and there removed other things.

Big Stream on Tue.

THERE IS GOING TO BE A LONG STREAM ON TUESDAY, 9/20/16 THE LAST DAY I HAVE FREE FOR A WHILE.
basically last day of job training for me is Monday, and they will start calling us on Wednesday thi means that Tuesday will be my last real free day for a while.
don't know what i'll do in the stream but i need to cash and fast for food in the house so i need all the help i can get.
if anyone has suggestions please let me know.

sorry it took so long, and i know it's already the 14th but i haven't been able to get my internet and wifi up and running till now. and I know there isn't much content for this month but i'm gonna try to figure out something to make up for it. might do a large stream for people to request things for me to draw in the r34 nature and i'll give you guys that while i work on some larger things.

Alright I'm moved in with about half my stuff the other half still needs moved. But everything is all good. However, we still don't have internet set up here. It might be a week or two before it gets turned on unless I can come up with the cash somehow. But soon I'll get back into art and get some content out to you all`
