[HS2] Re imports

this is just a re import from hooh apartment to a item studio. made a few changes to the map too


-removed most props. only the most importants keeped

-otimized meshes (dont know but most meshes have it various invisibles vertices on the map (
I don't know if the problem was with the extractor or the hooh mesh made this.)

-ADD FK bones
-ADD blendshapes
-Material Editor relevants items renamed

I made a very simple mod by editing the teeth to be bigger fangs.

I don't like how the accessories are used to create this effect, so I decided to make a mod.
