Ok so it seems I was wrong and Kaat is not exactly the same specs as a TDA model so I made a version for her, plus versions for Chie, Mirai Suenega, and Sin Sack 2017 here is the the MMD version, MMM2 version will be available for everyone a bit later.

360VR Videos with shaders

I just found a cheesy, slow and very demanding way to make 360 video with shaders and effects, well more like confirmed a way I had in my head, even though it is super slow and I need to optimize my methods a bit, it works, here is a small sample, no physics on this one and I need to work on the lighting, in my defense I grabbed a random old project file, it even uses an outdated version of the NC shader, but quality is much better than my last attempt, things are looking up guys.

Well that took more that what I anticipated but it is done now, here is the original Izumi Shimizu version and now am working to adapt it to other popular model body proportions, the first being the TDA version and more on the way, there is a new version of Izumi too, the changes are just a few as I mentioned before, her forearms are just a tad shorter now and she has a couple new morphs and some have updated translations to Japanese and she has now new bones for her butt since her old ...

Body movement done

Ok so, animation for the body and feet is done, that was the hard part, now what is left is just smooth the movement of the arms, neck and head, animate her fingers and face, so I think you will have this animation by next weekend, earlier if I can, after that I will start to hunt down the rest of the models I want to use for the video and then start adapting the motion for them, my guess it that another 4 girls should be enough and 5 sin sacks at the most, one for each girl, then work ...

Last 900 frames here we go

More progrees and Izumi 2.0.8

This past weeks were kinda busy, but I manage to make some progress and updates to Izumi, dance motion is now to 60% completion for the rough motion, Izumi has a couple new morphs, smoothed the blink and wink morphs, improved the weight painting for the 3 new outfits, mainly the crotch and butt area, made her idol outfit skirt physics heavier, made her cheeks a bit more puffy and moved her ears down a bit, I am also testing a simple camera rig I made and I will post all downloads here so you can...

Despite appearing to be low quality, this video is actually 4k resolution, o play it I'd suggest using the "tv and movies" player on windows 10 it should be automatically recognized and this will let you  have a POV experience with this...

Progress and some good news

So far the first minute of the dance is keyed, after that I will give it some polish and animate the face, I already made a test export to vmd format and so far this is a success, no weird stuff happened and I can move on using MMM2 I just hope the developer updates sometime soon since it has the nasty habit of leaking ram after a while I have to restart the program often, but it is usable, and at last I was able to buy a new 1080p monitor, once again thanks to all of you, I think this ...

Working on new motion now

Ok I managed to borrow a slightly bigger monitor a couple of weeks ago and now I am working on a new dance motion for you guys I know some of you will be familiar with this video

And as you can see I am now using MMM 2 beta for its graph editor, this allows me to make smoother motions and a bit faster than regular keyframing, even though it crashes ...

After spending quite a while trying to make this east to use for you guys, here they are, gimp files for the new outfit and swimsuit for Izumi in case you want to recolor them all you have to do is pick your color and fill with your new color the diffuse and corresponding shading layer and export to PNG format, that's all

Well at least I'm not blind yet

No shading here but at least the textures for this outfit are ready, color can be easily be changed on gimp without having to redo the whole thing, just a couple clicks are required, I wonder if I should include some alternate palets, maybe, maybe not.

Well Izumi’s new outfit is going well, one of the advantages of making high resolution versions of the clothes and the re-topology is that you can have much nicer bakes the downside is that I had to use 3 2048*2048 texture maps to fit the whole thing compared to her old clothes that only take 1, next step for me is weight painting and color for last, this is where I decide what to do with her clothes in terms of stripping, but this is going on pause for now, I have to start on the animation of...
