I've made some good progress within the past few days, and also acquired some very useful knowledge regarding weighting and combining meshes without creating seams!
For example, I fixed the weird leg weighting that all my mods so far had for the nude bottom, and I stitched together her vanilla feet and the legs of the nude base model pretty much without leaving any seam at all!
