Weekly Update!

Hey all, just wanted to doa quick update on progress! Release will be out this weekend as planned, not really much to say haha, I'm currently working on getting the gallery in, most annoying part is pretty much just the UI elements, needing to edit the pics, icons and all that stuff. Not hard, just kind eh, but it shall be done hue hue hue.

Whew, busy busy, it wasn't as busy as this last year, dang, I dunno if that's a good or bad thing haha. Event is mostly done, waiting on the art to be done and working out the kinks for the event plotline, which should be pretty fun haha. How are y'all spending the holidays? I just had the dumbest idea ever for the Christmas event and I love it. I'm gonna do the usual "spoiler but not really pic". Originally I was planning to do like the usual 4-ish pic event, but this one is so stupid that we pretty much doubled it at the last minute lol, and the number of woo-hoo stuff is kinda doubled. Might have added more than a couple, but tis the season of giving haha. Man I'm excited.

Woo-wee, damm I've been busy today haha. Other than the usual paperwork and details prep, also have the Christmasy stuff in real life to deal with haha. Kushina's outfits have been coded in, and y'all will be able to play with them in the next update! Will also get Konan and Kurenai's outfit in as well for y'all. Not all new Christmas outfits are prepped and written in yet, but it should be done fairly soon!

Jikage Rising v2.17 Public release!

Hey all, the public release for Jikage Rising v2.17 is here! Things are a bit sparser than usual due to the whole "Doggo got pretty sick" thing plus the "How am I still sick" thing.

We have Konan in, her two woohoo scenes as well as her intro event. Her sprites are in the game as well. Outfits are in the files, but not accessible yet, tho it'll probs be unlocked in the next release.

Cough seems to be somewhat still hanging around, not super sure what's up, but it's not really affecting much, so eh.

For this week it's mostly admin stuff, with Christmas coming and all that, and while it is tempting to make the artist work for free, I was told by my lawyer that slavery is frowned upon.

Anyway, after all the paper work is done, I'll be working on the other thing I mentioned as well as getting some Christmas outfits ready.

Awww yeah, Doggo is 95% back to normal now, minus the occasional cough. So I've been prepping details for art, outfits and stuff. Gonna be moving on to actually writing out the Christmas event, more sexy and less, uh, "fever dream" like the Halloween event hahaha. Well, still like a fever dream, but significantly sexier.

Belated Weekly Update

Hey all, apologies for the lack of an update yesterday, Doggo still wasn't feeling super cash money, but I'm like 70-ish percent recovered, I mean I'm still coughing while trying to sleep, and I sound like wish.com's Morgan Freeman, but feeling significantly better now, Doggo will never die.

Jikage Rising v2.16c Public release!

Hey all, got a couple of stuff added, but the most fun one is probably the Halloween event! It's pretty scary so yeah haha, be prepared. To unlock it, all y'all need to do is to unlock Fuu and fully awaken her, i.e. she gets back all her emotions and etc. After that, go to bed, and an event should begin playing!

Other than that, a bunch of the other character are able to change outfits as well now! So it's pretty niffy! Unfortunately Kushina is still missing a chunk of her outfits, but...

Hey all, another weekly update! Haven't gotten anymore reports for the current build, so it should be safe to say that all reported stuff are fixed. The missing animations are just the ones that are not done yet, so that's good. Hey all, so in my confusion, there was another scene that I thought I already added in but apparently I didn't, no worries though, Doggo will be able to get them all in no problem! We'll also be doing another upgrading thing for the characters, where the ex-jinchuriki will unlock their outfit customisation now! Along with some new outfits from the Halloween event as well!

Hey all, time for another weekly update! Which came sooner than I thought, it felt like just a couple of days ago that I posted the previous one.

Anyway, for this week I'm finishing up some stuff for the other thing I have working on, and I'll be moving back to Jikage Rising as planned! The first piece of art for the Halloween event has been completed, and boy, is it horrifying. Raiha definitely outdone himself this time.

Jikage Rising v2.15b Public Release

The Suna girls have joined the village! Just a heads up, if y'all missed it, it can be found on the walkthrough!

Fuu can also be awakened now, which will lead to her scenes being updated! Both her right and "wrong" choices were added, which was a lot of writing and stuff, which was lot of time taken, not to mention a couple of redos to make things make a bit more sense.

So yeah, apparently about the October thing, and it turns out it was cause of some changes made to the calendar by the Romans, but I guess they kinda made the calendar, so fair game I guess? Tho that kinda got me wondering as well, like, why are eleven and twelve the only two numbers that are spelled / called differently? Like after that we have twenty-one, twenty-two, thirty-one, thirty-two etc, so why is eleven and twelve different from them? They're not called oneteen or twoteen like thirt...
