Development Diary #69

We are on the final stretch of the update release. Practically all the art stuff is already done, so we''ve just started building the update and after that we'll need some time to test, polish and balance the difficulty. But you know, as usually, we won't publish more posts until the release of the update.

You already may know, but we've worked hard on this update to improve some elements of the game. Here you have all the new stuff, changes... you will find on the v0.27:

Units and Skills [Full Colors and animation]

In the new battles you'll also see new skills, new units, and our heroines leading their squads.  We're right now testing that everything works fine with the new system of battles and with all this, and so far everything looks promising :D

The development of the update seems to be finishing.

The attached pic is another unit with its leader, but it could be a spoiler if you didn't play the game from a long time, so just in case, that one is attached.

This is something we could do in some scenes, not all of them.

Visions of future #18

Long time since the last time we posted a Visions of future post, right? Time to fix that.

The other day we showed in a stream the process of this addition to the 3rd H-scene of Saraith. We thought it would be good idea to share it in patreon. This is a reward we've never offered. Vex 2nd H-scene Close up [Full Colors]

Some of you already saw the final result on the stream, but this is a close up we are working on for the 2nd H-scene with vex the one posted some weeks ago.

We also attach the pic of the scene so you could make a raw idea of everything :P

Let's buy some stuff [Full Colors]

This is more or less something you'll find in the cities from now on. Cool stuff to buy ready to be used to boost a little bit your relantionship with the girls. Some are cheaper, some more expensive.
Of course we'll add an enourmous paywall, and all this stuff only will be able to be obtained by micropayments. 10,000$ = 1 gem ;)

Some close ups [Animations]

When we were finishing update 0.22 we told you we didn't have enough time to do close ups for all the scenes. So here they are. Out of the 4 gif animations, the first one and the third one are already in the game ( we posted them again for context) and the second and the fourth animations are the new ones we'll add to the game.

As you may have realized depending on the H-scene we try to "feel" if that H-scene is asking for an alternative view (like in the 2 animation, with Nadine) or ju...

Some improvements on the videos [Video attached]

Thanks to the advise of our patreon and proofreader Wibigdog, we've discovered a way to improve the current videos of the game.

Until now we were using videos at 24fps. Now very likely we'll be able to replace them for 100fps videos. As you can check on the video (attached on the post) you should be able to notice a difference between the left and the right sides. The right one (100fps) is running smoother. This change is also making the videos and the game lighter so we think we could ...

Some enjoyable hidden stuff [Full Censored Colors]

With the introduction of the Corruption System Nulkan will be able to lose control. Sometimes with bad consequences...but! if things are done well, this corruption could lead to some (a bit hidden) scenes likes this one. Just for the record, this is not an animation, just something that could be triggered on the next update.

You know we usually don't censor anything like this and we show you the full work. But we think it will be quite entertaining for you to discover how to make Nulkan...

As you will probably know, in this update we are not only adding stuff from a new nation, but also making some improvements and adjustements.

One of those adjustements will be in the prologue, with Nulkan and Dynae. We know many of you just prefer to see everything directly in the game, so we won't give you many details, just that we'll need this CG. It's not an animation or an H-scene.

And yes, we know that being in Yalen, the text says that Dynae and Nulkan have a passion night ...

In our opinion, one of the best animations we've created at least for Shuggerlain. We really like the final result. Climax animation included :P

Aenor [Full Colors]

This is King Aenor, governor of Eldrien and father of the princess Yraselle. 

I can only say that Aenor is an important character in all Eldrien's plot.

What do you say? Good fella or bad fella? :)

TR Quiz reward #6

Saraith 3rd Date H-scene [Animation]

We finally animated the 3rd Saraith H-scene. For Saraith's fans, this shouldn't be her last H-scene. We expect she will receive at least 1-2 more, but it's true that this is her last date H-scene, so it will probably be a while until her next one.
Note that the background of the animation is placeholder.

I know many things about Shuggerlain, and there are a lot more I don't know. Some nations are famous for its infantry, like Ashtera. Others by their archers, their mages, or their cavalry, but... I would have never said that a Nocverchian girl would ride me.

HD files v0.22 [Historical support reward]

As the most of you may know, if your lifetime support is above 25$, you can request the HD files of our games. Eldrien [Full Colors]

As you already did in Littanos in the prologues, all the Nations will have a "main place" where you'll be able to do different actions. So this will be the one used in Eldrien, the home of the Elves of Shuggerlain :)
