   If you remember, we did two such contests - about Iceland and Mexico. This is exactly the same competition with one difference. Previously, I randomly announced a contest and given the time difference, not all participants were in the same conditions. This is wrong. 

Therefore, I announce that the contest will start on October 8 at UTC-14:00.
