The College Dorm Stairwell - Chicago Story

Update on my Hair Transplant!

Five months later and my hair line is coming out great! It was something I wanted to get done for myself and I'm glad I did it! 

It never hurts to invest in yourself a little bit if it helps to boost your confidence in any way!  I was always confident in the way I looked but I always dreamt of having long wavy hair haha. So yes, I will be growing out my hair to get to that point! Happy Wednesday!

I think it’s gotten bigger. People have asked about my routine. And here it is.

1) I walk everywhere. (I live in LA with no car 😂)

2) I regularly do squats! Rest is important.

3) Stairmaster/Walking uphill works too!

My Weekend Getaway in São Paulo, Brazil

My friend blessed me with a quick getaway from L.A.! We went to São Paulo and had a great time. I always enjoy diving into new countries and exploring different cities! It was a much needed getaway! 

This place was called Ibirapuera Park. A huge park with beautiful trees and flowers everywhere. A nice breath of fresh air!
