Sugar Cookies

When I joined the army and went through basic training the Drill Instructor came in and asked us if we wanted to make sugar cookies. I got excited at first because I was really hungry. But something told me that it was a mistake to answer the DI. I kept my mouth shut, as did all of us on the female barracks floor. The DI screamed this time asking WHO WANTS TO MAKE SUGAR COOKIES.?!

He looked at me, so I timidly said "I guess maybe I do Drill Sergeant!"

He grinned and in a low vill...

Adding lighting and posing and some camera techniques is why photography can be called art in my opinion.

Professional vs Informal

I opted to wear glasses for my professional headshot. I was told not to worry about a shirt because one could be added in post using Ai or at least cropped in. Still waiting for that to happen.

I typed in 2023 on Alex’s Phone

Alex was cross with me for breaking a piece of equipment on today’s shoot. I used his phone on how to fix it. I decided to look up 2023 on his phone and these were the highlight suggestions 😆

12 hr work day

Not complaining bc I love my job. As I mentioned we were filming a documentary on rehabilitation at a prison. On a break I snapped this picture. I had to wear a bra today. It feels so good to take it off now haha.

Good morning

Shay did my makeup yesterday for a new intro video I am making for you all so I figured we should snap some shots. Alex likes this dress but I’m getting too thin for it.

I wasn’t happy with my posing here either.

I’m filming a documentary at a men’s jail today (this will be a first) I dunno if I can have my phone. But I’ll check in at lunch time and of course this evening.

DC Hotel

Alex told me to write more on my posts here on Patreon so I’ll give it a go. Im not as good of a creative writer as he is though.

A few years back we were at the Watergate hotel in DC working a wedding.

We were friends with the bride so she put us up on the hotel for a long weekend.

I was still in the Army at the time, and learning from Alex how to photograph weddings, which is what I do full time now. Alex convinced me to pose for him throughout the weekend as well. I ...
