Kaen Series 1 WIP

Happy Valentine’s Day :)

Here’s another update on the first Kaen pic. I know it’s coming along slow, sorry bout that :( been havin a lot of trouble getting stuff in this to look right. I think I’m settled on this for the Greninja tho. Now I gotta figure out Kaens hand and then fit his tail somewhere.

Also I started my retail job today so it might be a bit slow while I adjust to the schedule!!

Here’s another quick pic like the last one with the charmeleon. Altho it’s giving me more trouble than I intended lol. Hoping this’ll go up tomorrow, and HOPEFULLY I’ll have the Kaen pic done in the next few days. I have orientation for my new job on Tuesday so I guess I’m gonna be starting there this week, so hopefully I can keep up!

I dunno what to do with this at this point. I tried perspective with it a bit and it just kinda devolved into the same static shit I always end up with.

The second Greninja makes more sense with the angle regardless but I think I like the first one better so idk what to do here. Also I cannot figure out Kaens hand for the life of me I tried like 20 times today.

I dunno, what to people here think. Honestly I think the whole drawing is turning out just bad but at this point I got ...

Another update

Sorry for another update but I got offered a retail day job today. Hopefully that’ll help with moving me out until art becomes sustainable for me. I’d love to get to a point where I can rely more on art than a retail job.

Seems like it’s gonna take a few years or more for that tho so I guess I just gotta bust my ass until then.

I’m gonna Do my best to keep up with art with this job, altho don’t be surprised if it slows down just a little.

Lil update

Sorry it’s late, at least where I am, but I’m gonna forget to do this lol.

So no secret I’ve fallen behind quite a bit in the schedule here. My plan was to have posts go up here a week before they go up publicly, at least. I think I held that for like 1 or 2 posts.

I think this is all the salandits for the page. Now to clean em up and add some color/shading. I couldn’t get them all to fit without any overlap for the life of me but it’s ok.
