God's Toy update probably postponed to next month 🙇‍♂️

SO UH, ykno, long story short, I got sick for 3 days, and suddenly it's already the 22nd and I'm nowhere near finishing v0.10 alpha.

So for the sake of me not doing a rush-job on my passion project, and also so I don't spend the entire holiday season working, I'll probably push the release to January instead.

Highlights of this version (v.0.9):

• 35 sketched scenes in Janu's route
• 18 sketched scenes in Adrian's route (about half are variants based on choices)
• A total of 53 sketched illustrations (incl. variations) to spice up the story!

Bein completely honest, I had virtually 0 time to work on any nsfw stuff last month 😭😭 It's coz I was working on a big animation project 

BUT now that Im finally done with that, after liek 2 months of work, I can go back to drawin diccs! Still got some stuff on my to-do list, but whenever I have free time I'll prolly go back to my April and May WIPs and try to finish those.

Suggestions for future lessons

I've been stuck not being able to decide what sort of lesson to produce next, so I'd like your input on it!

Feel free to comment here or on discord, and tell me what topics you'd like me to make a lesson on! It can be stuff like anatomy, colours, character design, etc!

Right now I'm thinking I could do a lesson on how to do arms, but I might also consider other ideas!

Lesson: Shading in Major vs Minor shapes

Here's actually a lesson I forgot to post on here. Mainly bc I wasn't sure if it was clear enough... But I'll post it anyway!

When doing shading on something with a lot of details (like a muscular body), it’s easy to get overly fixated on the smaller details. For example, colouring in individual abs, or fingers on a hand.

This can sometimes lead to overshading, like this example below.

Was coming up with some interesting ideas early this month.

First sequence has a lil story that's basically like, "I heard the sergeant's dicc is so small, it's smaller than his nips. Let's see if the rumours are true"

Second one goes by the idea of a giant with a small dicc, but it's still huge for a regular person's standard

Third one is 🥴❓❓❓ multi hot, sounding hot
