Wings

Hi Guys!

I've just uploaded in the post below a new step-by-step PDF tutorial about paitning Argel Tal's wings.

I want his wings to look more demonic then GW version, so I decided to go with this very dark color scheme. Because the model has red armor I also wanted the wings not to be simple dark, but to have a bit of blueish tonation in them in order to be very opposite to the red color.

I hope you like how they look like.

Hello!

Today I have for you a new step-by-step tutorial about painting Argel Tal's wings.

I wanted them to be really dark, to make him look more demonic, but not to make them black, I wanted them to have a bit of blueish tonation, in order to be in the opposite to the red armor.

Saint Celestine finished

It took me a year but I finally finished Saint Celestine.

The model was not supposed to have any freehands (except for purity seals) but I just couldn't stop myself from painting them.

Of course I would finish her long time ago if I wouldn't paint them, but I saw a potential for something amazing and I couldn't let go.

I think that on my next few miniatures won't be any freehands :D

Orc armor painted with metallic paints

Red armor on the back of Argel Tal

Hi Guys!

I hope you like how the reds looks like, because it's pretty hard to find the right balance between the very saturated Vermilion red, and too pale pinkish color :D
