LOTR Elf silver cloak

Hello!

This tutorial is about painting his silverish cloak.

Of course I continue working on Szarekh and Celestine, but because I just published a PDF tutorial about painting freehand on Celestine's cloak now I wanted to create a free video tutorial to support community.

As you can see it is also my first video tutorial with music in it!

Freehand on Clesteine's cloak

Hi!

I've just uploaded on my patreon a new PDF tutorial on which I presented and explained step-by-step how I painted this symmetrical freehand on Saint Celesteine's cloak.

This time it was not only about my patience, this time I also used a trick that is very helpful in painting such symmetrical freehands, and is presented in the tutorial.

I hope you like the final result.

Ps. Please keep in mind that this cloak is really tiny :D

The next tutorial

Hello Guys.

Unfortunately I have to inform you that I won't have any new tutorial for you this week.

The reason for that is the fact that my Father has passed away.

I feel very bad and me and my Mom have to take care now of the funereal and the rest of this stuff.

I would really appreciate it if you would decide to stay with me for this month.

Kind regards

New video

Hi Guys!

Yesterday I published on my patreon a new video tutorial about painting fluorescent OSL effect without use of an airbrush.

While I was recording I though that this might be a good idea to present to you details that I spent hours on painting, but after assembling the miniature will be almost invisible.

I hope you will enjoy this short presentation and forgive me my terrible grammar :D

Happy Holidays!

Szarekh's materializing cloak tutorial

Hi!

I've just uploaded on my patreon a step-by-step PDF tutorial about painting Szarekh's cloak (It is in the the post below).

The idea for the cloak is to make it look like it is not entirely here, its moving and slowly materializing and dematerializing in many places. The idea is to create this effect with the concave and convex pixels.

Even though the miniature is custom made, there is no reason why you wouldn't try out this effect on your own miniatures!

I ho...

Szarekh's Cloak

Hello!

Today I have for you a step-by-step tutorial about painting Szarekh's cloak.

The idea for it is to make it look like it's not fully materialised, so he has this some sort of concave and convex pixels that represent places where it is materializing and dematerializing :D

I hope you will enjoy it!

The next tutorial

Hi Guys!

Sorry for disappearing for a while.

I have been struggling recently with an artistic burned out.

I love to paint, but from time to time I just find myself in this place where I really can't force myself to create. I feel empty and somehow nothing is inspiring for me at the moment.

It's probably because of change of the season into the autumn.

Days are now very short, it's dark cold and rainy outside, and I just feel tired.

I managed to create...

Sword of Celestine

Hello!

Working on this tutorial took me much more time then I expected but here it is!

As you will see on the video I had a lot of problems during my work on this miniature so I'm very glad the sword looks pretty good in the end.

I found the right way on how to paint the reflections on the sword correctly on the minute 41, so if you will get tired with my failures, then just skip to 00:41 :)

I hope you will enjoy this video!
