Hi!
I finally managed to finish my next tutorial and it is now available in the post below.
As you can see, this one is about painting more red OSL on the left side of Uther and I'm very close to the end of this project.
I'm planning to upload a video tutorial about painting the rest of the details illuminated by red light this weekend and then the miniature will probably be finished.
I hope you like what I'm doing with it.

On this one I started working on the red osl on his face.
In order to keep things interesting I thought that illuminating this side of the bust will do the trick.
I know that right now it can look pretty weird, but when more elements will painted then it will start making sence.
I want to apologise to you for the delay with the tutorial.
For the past few days I felt (and still do) ve...

Hello!
Today I have a step-by-step tutorial about painting Uther's sword for you.
It was a bit of a challenge, because on this scale you can paint something really cool, but the position of the sword doesn't allow me to paint any reflections of the bust :D
So figuring out where to put some other type of reflections, that would look realistic and effective, was not easy.
I hope you will enjoy this tutorial.

I hope you will enjoy what I created for you.

Sorry about the problems with the last tutorial, I didn't know that it was cropped, because it looked fine in the program. That can be fixed really easily and fast, but I need to know that there is a problem like that :) Therefore, I would be really grateful if you could let me know when you see, that something is wrong, I'll fix it as soon as I get to my computer.
The post about painting Uther's hand has already been updated with the fixed tutorial :)

Because this time I'm working on big scale, I finally have the opportunity to try to create a more realistic NMM.
In order to learn how light works on real steel armor I spent hours on watching renaissance Italian full armor and I hope it was worth it :D
Of course in the post below you can find step-by-step tutorial about painting this armor.

In order to create a more realistic looking NMM (that's supposed to imitate real, steel armor) I spent hours on googling and analizing Italian renaissance full plate armors.

HI!
As of now, on my patreon you can find a new tutorial where I presented and explained step by step how I painted the sword of my Dreadnought.
There is a very easy trick for that, so don't be afraid ;)
As you can see, I also presented here a new recipe for copper NMM.
There is much more than just one way to paint this metal and I try to explore all of them ;)
I hope you like how the sword looks like.

I finished painting the other side of the Dreadnought's sword and very late today or tomorrow I will upload a tutorial where I will show you step-by-step how I did it.
I wanted the sword to be super reflective, because I simply think that stuff like this looks very cool and I enjoyed a lot working on the reflection of my custodian marine. This sword is big enough to paint a reflection on its surface, so I decided to take that opportunity.
The first two photos are taken with the po...
