Ciao,

Today I'm giving you my longest video tutorial on which I presented how I painted the golden armor plate on Magnus' leg. I remember that a long time ago I created a few times shorter video on the same subject with much worst image quality. That's why I'm very happy that I could make it once again, this time much better, and present to you the process from the beginning to the end. I hope you will enjoy it.
Regards
Ps. Here's link to the pdf tutorial: patreon.com/posts/magnus-greave-13381...

Ciao amici Italiani,
Che cosa pensate di ricevere traduzioni dei miei pdf tutorial? La mia fidanzata ha studiato la filologia italiana e ha detto che pensa di poter tradurli per voi.
Hi,
If you’re wondering why this post is in Italian, it’s just because I have a possibility of having my tutorials translated into Italian and I’m asking Italian speakers if they would be interested in that ;)

Hello fellow travelers!
Here's a short trailer of my new video tutorial about painting red skin on Magnus' arm (Yes, full video includes my commentary explaining what I do and why, and it's an hour long). As you may know I created earlier a step-by-step pdf tutorial with very big pictures on this subject, and I believe that combining those two types of tutorials will answer to all your questions about painting this red skin.
I hope you like it.

Hello everyone,
today I have for you a step-by-step tutorial on which I presented how I painted those copper bracelets on Magnus' horns. I must say that I find creating the perfect recipe for this metal very hard because I saw hundreds of pictures of it, and a few copper things in real life and I haven't found two that identical colors. That's why I make a lot of experiments and a lot of versions of it. I hope you will enjoy this tutorial and this new recipe.

I hope you will enjoy this new tutorial.
For painting this arm I used Red Paint set from Andrea and Winsor & Newton series 7 paint brush size 1.
If you are new here and not sure how I'm blending colors watch some of my video tutorials, I'm presenting it there every time.

Hi,
I would just like to let you know that I'm working on a step-by-step tutorial about painting Magnus red skin and I will upload it here on Moday. I tried to finish it before the weekend, but blending layers took me too much time, and in a moment I'm leaving to my parents, to a place where is no internet ;) so if you have some questions I will be able to answer them on Monday, and then I will also present to you a new tutorial.
Have a great weekend

A few of my patrons asked me questions about my video tutorial about glowing runes on Magnus' blade, and because now I have a way better camera (those pictures are actually frames form the video) I decided to record this tutorial once again. I think that now it looks much better and I hope that now all questions about process of painting those runes will find its answers.

I feel like my search for perfect copper will never end.
At this point I consider really cool two versions of NMM copper.
The first one is much darker and reddish, and the second one is much brighter and shiny.
Today I would like to present to you this second version of NMM copper.
I hope you will enjoy it.

Today I have for you a step-by-step tutorial about painting freehanded patterns on Magnus horns. I made a lot of pictures so I hope that You are going to enjoy this. Don't forget to also watch my video tutorial on this topic, combining those two ways of presenting my technique should let you really "see" how I painted this.
Regards
Ps. Both parts are uploaded now. Unfortunatelly with such big pictures it has to be made in two parts.

This is what I made on Magnus' horns so far.
On the left is what I painted during my first video tutorial about carved horns, and once you see the video you will be able to imagine how much time I spend on this one on the right (not finished yet).
Anyway this is the necessary theory, now I'm working on presenting much more progress in step-by-step tutorial.
Ps. This is a frame from the video, not a picture made with a camera, so this is what you can actually see in my video tutoria...
