Warrior of Numenor from LOTR

Hi!

I've just uploaded in the post below a step-by-step tutorial about painting a Warrior of Numenor from the Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game.

This is one of the first miniature that I ever had, so it was a nice sentimental thing to paint it on a high level after all of those years.

Hi!

I still have the base to sculpt and paint, and that's what the next tutorial will be about, but the model itself is already painted. The next time you will see him he will have the backpack on his back and a good looking rock under his feet!

Sorcerers backpack

I've just uploaded in the post below a step-by-step PDF tutorial about painting my Aspiring Sorcerers backpack.

As you can see it is all hand painted with a brush and acrylic paints.

On the first page is a list of the Pro Acryl paints that I used for painting it, and Vallejo Model Color alternatives.

I had fun painting it, but those details are more time consuming then they might look :D

The Steel Rook is finished

Colorshifting armor

I had a perfectly good idea for this model, and then I thought that maybe it's time to forget about safe ideas, and try out something original, and that's why I painted his armor located around his waist in this very weird way.

I painted all of this with acrylic paints and a brush, there are no magic tricks in here!

Thousand Sons Helmet
