Am I too late for Christmas? Bet you thought this didn't even exist... So obviously this took waaaay longer than planned. I really think that this length is too much, and in the future, this type of thing would be split in half - I think not just time but quality inevitably gets impacted as well at this length. Combined with SFM frustration the whole thing became a solid chore.

Mentioned before I was going to post something here it is, I have raised this idea before, but with the change over to Blender it might be worth revisiting.
Basically, as I mentioned in an earlier post, stuff in Blender just takes longer. For things like Mama/Shota that is about 2 - 3 weeks of work. Sarah PoV took about 2 because PoV is faster to do (one less person to fully animate).

Just something in case Clementine isn't done before the end of the month. I was going to do it in SFM but then thought why not just use blender? So I did. It meant time porting Sarah over, but now she is pretty close to good to go in Blender future things should be easier.

Clementine is awaiting sound but is taking a while, so here is a PoV of loli lara in the meantime. I had to do some significant editing to make her usable, and frankly if/when I use her again it will probably be after just porting her to a whole new body, cyborg style.

Was meant to be quick... turned into a solid lesson on physics/dynamics that caught me out a few times and really delayed things. I guess the plus side is that it has resulted in a much better understanding of blender physics now?

So straight out the gate... beast warning. I very rarely do beast stuff, 90% of the time it doesn't interest me, but every now and again the urge creeps up on me. The biggest problem is by the time I am halfway through an animation with it the moment has passed and finishing it is a bit of a slog... oh well. Finally done with Jessie - sorry it took so long there were unrelated delays, and also the need to fix some things along the way. This is the first animation to make full use of a bunch of blender stuff like physics, constraints (thumbs up to not having to fully keyframe a dudes junk), and animation layers (I straight dont think you can really do the sliding down the couch act in SFM).

A slightly short one for Tifa, part of it is to test how easy they are to convert to VR, so long run time = longer conversion time. Will add a version without the insert in the next few days (maybe when it goes out to everyone) - not sure if cutaways like that are things people do or dont like, but for this at least I wanted to play around with the model and try and figure out simulation better.
