Patron Choice: January 2016 Winner and February 2016 Pitch Call

Options #1 (Sega x SNK crossover) and #2 (Fighting Gardevoirs) were tied for second place, and therefore will both be recycled for next month's voting.
Meanwhile, I would like to call for all $10+ tier patrons to submit any idea that they'd like to be considered for the February 2017 Patron Choice voting. Even the ones that submitted the recycled ideas can submit new ones, as long as they belong to the right tier. Get on it, and tell me what you would like to have me draw!
