Patron Choice Voting: January 2016

So, same as the Personal Project Voting, I'm somewhat late with this... but that just means that I'll have to cut down the voting time. Regardless, count on the most voted option being executed during this month!

I was thinking of a theme involving Princess Luna receiving a moonlight serenade from Rarity in the Royal gardens. Rarity in a fancy outfit singing her heart out while Luna watches on enthralled and happy.
