If you're a one dollar Patron? You're completely fine. You can keep being a one dollar Patron if you want. Nothing has changed on that count. It's only if you decide to quit being a one dollar Patron that things change.
Once you leave the one dollar side of things, you can't ever go back to it. That's all. Otherwise, yeah. Nothing has changed.
