Humblest apologies again for the silence these past few weeks as I was chasing the deadline for the latest collaboration. I explain more below!

MMO Series Update | MMOシリーズの進歩:

I have focused solely on producing the updates for our streaming channel these past few weeks but I’ll be focusing on the MMO series once I am done! Stay tuned then for more info!

Animation Update | アニメの進捗:

As usual, due to legal contracts, I cannot show you the behind-the-scenes of these collaborations.

Just know that due to reasons that I will not get into (just to be safe), the past few weeks were spent desperately trying to meet the deadline for this animation which resulted in me deciding not to make weekly updates because there was so little done for the streaming channel, let alone the MMO series OR practice drawings! My sincere apologies!

Nonetheless, I hope you enjoyed the video!

As for the streaming channel animations, I’m currently working on them again! I was trying to get them all done this week, but I ran into a new issue. That issue being; I’ve had to make around a dozen different mini-animations per character in order for them to move like NPC’s in a video game.

いつものように、法的な契約のため、これらのコラボレーションの舞台裏をお見せすることはできません。

ただ、（念のため）ここ数週間は、このアニメの締め切りに間に合わせようと必死だったため、MMOシリーズや練習用の絵はおろか、ストリーミング・チャンネルの制作もほとんどできなかったため、毎週の更新を控えることにした、ということだけは知っておいてほしい！本当に申し訳ない！

とはいえ、動画を楽しんでいただけたなら幸いです！

ストリーミング・チャンネルのアニメーションについては、現在また制作中です！今週中に全部完成させようと思っていたんだけど、新たな問題にぶつかったんだ。その問題とは、ビデオゲームのNPCのような動きをさせるために、各キャラクターにつき12種類ほどのミニアニメーションを作らなければならないというものだ。

All in all, there are 12 characters that need to be animated, so you can imagine how much work there is that I underestimated. I’ve resorted to paying for using an AI mocap system that captures movement data from recorded videos to help speed up the process of animating certain scenes. I’m desperate.

Not to worry though, it was cheap (around 25 dollars, haha).

Anyway, here’s another scene I’m willing to show that’s been animated. (Elements of the scene have been removed to maintain the spoiler free experience.)

全部で12人のキャラクターをアニメーションさせる必要があるので、どれだけ大変か想像がつくだろう。あるシーンのアニメーションをスピードアップするために、録画した動画から動きのデータを取り込むAIモーキャップシステムを使うためにお金を払うことにした。必死だよ。

でも大丈夫、安かったから（25ドルくらい、笑）。

とにかく、これがアニメーション化されたもうひとつのシーンだ。(ネタバレのない体験を維持するため、シーンの要素は削除してあります)。

I’d like to stop showing you little snip bits of these updates, and instead just start the streaming channel again soon as it has taken way too long at this point. If possible, I’d like to start on the MMO series again sometime next week, if not the week after.

This really is the final stretch for the updates, and I hope you can bear with me just a little bit longer before I go back to working on the MMO series!

Once again, my humblest apologies for not posting a weekly update these past several weeks!

It’s been rather embarrassing that the updates have been rather inconsistent, let alone the MMO series being put off as long as it has to make way for this streaming channel update, especially since I know how much some of you look forward to each chapter. As always, I’ll try to get everything running smoothly again soon! Now that the Coloso project, and the latest collaboration are now done, I’ll bum rush the completion of this streaming channel animations to finish them asap!

I say this, because very soon, there’s ANOTHER collaboration coming up. God forbid I screw this one up again with bad management. I’ll try my best! Thank you for your faith and support despite the snail’s pace recently, and I’m gonna try to get things done soonest.

このストリーミング・チャンネルのアップデートのためにMMOシリーズが後回しになってしまったのはもちろんのこと、更新が一貫していなかったのはかなり恥ずかしいことでした。いつものように、またすぐにすべてをスムーズに進められるよう努力するつもりだ！さて、コロソのプロジェクトと最新のコラボレーションが終わったので、このストリーミング・チャンネルのアニメーションの完成を急ごうと思う！

というのも、もうすぐまた別のコラボが控えているからだ。これはまた、僕の管理不行き届きで台無しにしてしまうかもしれない。頑張ります！このところ、ペースが遅いにもかかわらず、信じて応援してくれてありがとう。
