Weekly update time!

This past 2 weeks was solely focused on creating the latest animation, but there was progress made elsewhere too!

In summary:

– Latest YouTube animation is released!

Unfortunately, similar to the previous Wuthering Waves animation, I am unable to provide the behind-the-scenes process of this animation (at least, not without the hassles for permissions involved). My apologies, but I hope you enjoyed the little short promotional video!

In the meantime, while I was working on the animation, I used whatever free time I had to touch up the 3D models for our streaming channel.

残念ながら、前回の『Wuthering Waves』と同様、このアニメーションの舞台裏をお見せすることはできません（少なくとも、関係者の許可が必要なため）。申し訳ないが、短いプロモーション・ビデオを楽しんでいただければ幸いだ！

Warm Ups + Studies | ウォームアップとスタディ:

I’ve decided to try something a little different this year, that being; I’d like to make more YouTube shorts and animated doodles instead of fully produced animations. The target is something like 1 doodle animation or YouTube Short a week, while the main focus is the MMO series every week.

Below is an example of animated doodles that turned into a YouTube Short.

つまり、完全に制作されたアニメーションの代わりに、YouTubeのショートアニメや落書きアニメをもっと作りたいと思っている。毎週MMOシリーズをメインにしながら、落書きアニメやYouTubeショートアニメを週に1本作るのが目標だ。

以下は、YouTube Shortになった落書きアニメーションの例です。

Think of these doodles as replacing the weekly short comics I used to make!

This way, there’s always content every week (although small and short), but I get to focus on the MMO series every week! It’s an experiment I hope pays off in the long run, but we’ll have to wait and see. I hope you look forward to these!

Not to worry though, I still plan to make animated videos, but maybe I’ll reserve their production til after an MMO chapter release instead of in between.

Happy New Year! Hope the new year has been good to you so far!

Now that the latest client project is now done, I finally have the time to refocus on RandoWis again. However, before going back to the MMO series, I’d like to finish up the production of our updated streaming channel first. Truth be told, I’ve been trying to get these updated done by September last year, but we’re in 2025 now.

I’d like to finish these updates once and for all so that my friends and I can get started streaming again before moving back to the MMO series. Most of the major work is done, like the 3D models and music, but there’s still a good number of things left to do (like backgrounds and coding for plugins).

My apologies for this shift in priority, but it’s a personal goal and promise of mine that my friends and I can get back to doing the one thing that gave us an overlapping sense of purpose; striving for a future together side-by-side. I’ll keep you updated as I make progress, but remember, we’d like to surprise our fans when we come back with the new look, so I ask that you help me keep this a secret!

I’ll try not to take too long on this, but hey, at least there’s animated doodles to look forward to every week for now haha.

新年明けましておめでとうございます！今年もよろしくお願いします！

最新のクライアント・プロジェクトが終了し、ようやくRandoWisに再び集中する時間が持てるようになりました。しかし、MMOシリーズに戻る前に、まずは更新したストリーミング・チャンネルの制作を終わらせたいと思います。実を言うと、昨年の9月までにこれらの更新を終わらせようとしていたのだが、今は2025年。

MMOシリーズに戻る前に、友人たちと再びストリーミングを始められるように、これらのアップデートをきっぱりと終わらせたい。3Dモデルや音楽など、主要な作業はほとんど終わったが、まだかなりの数が残っている（背景やプラグインのコーディングなど）。

このような優先順位の変化で申し訳ないのですが、僕と仲間たちが重なり合う目的意識を与えてくれたもの、つまり、一緒に肩を並べて未来に向かって努力することに戻ることが、僕の個人的な目標であり、約束なのです。進展があればまた報告するが、新しい姿で戻ってきたときにファンを驚かせたいので、このことは秘密にしておいてほしい！

でも、少なくとも毎週、落書きアニメを楽しみにしていてね。
