Weekly update time!

Sorry for the silence last week! There were some hiccups with recent projects but I’ll explain more below!

In summary:

– The next MMO chapter is prepared, but not worked on!

– Practiced art these past 2 weeks!

先週はご無沙汰して申し訳ありませんでした！最近のプロジェクトでいくつか不都合があったのですが、以下に詳しく説明します！

- 次のMMOの章は準備中だが、まだ作業していない！

MMO Series Update | MMOシリーズの進歩:

I couldn’t make any progress for the MMO series these past couple of weeks, and I’ll explain why later in this post. However, do know that the drafts for the next chapter have already been completed in the past!

There will be 29 pages in this next chapter, so hopefully it doesn’t take too long to finish! My rough estimate for a release date is probably somewhere early next year (maybe around end January).

この2、3週間、MMOシリーズを進めることができなかった。その理由はこの記事の後半で説明する。ただ、次の章の原稿はすでに過去に完成していることは知っておいてほしい！

この次の章は29ページあるので、完成まであまり時間がかからないことを願っている！発売日の目安は、来年の初め（1月末くらい）かな。

Animation Update | アニメの進捗:

So as you all know, I’ve been “baking a secret cake“. Unfortunately, I was given a “wrong recipe” which unfortunately has an earlier “delivery date“. So, not only have I been baking the wrong cake, I now have SIGNIFICANTLY less time to bake the right one. Holy crap, what a blunder.

Due to this, the past 2 weeks have been hell as I desperately try to make up for time lost using the wrong recipe. The customers demand their cake soon, and boy do I need to deliver. It’s a mess.

As such, I couldn’t record the timelapses I had planned nor work on the MMO series. My sincere apologies for this!

皆さんご存知の通り、私は「秘密のケーキ作り」をしている。残念なことに、「間違ったレシピ」を渡され、残念ながら「納期」が早まってしまった。つまり、間違ったケーキを焼いてしまっただけでなく、正しいケーキを焼く時間も大幅に減ってしまったのだ。なんてことだ。

そのせいで、間違ったレシピで失った時間を取り戻そうと必死になっているこの2週間は地獄だった。お客さんはすぐにケーキを要求してくる。めちゃくちゃだ。

そんなわけで、予定していたタイムラプスの録画も、MMOシリーズの作業もできなかった。本当に申し訳ない！

Warm Ups + Studies | ウォームアップとスタディ:

I managed to practice somewhat consistently over the past 2 weeks, thankfully.

この2週間、ありがたいことに、ある程度コンスタントに練習することができた。

I wished I had made more over the past 2 weeks so that today’s weekly update didn’t feel as lackluster as it did, so again, my apologies! Recent blunders have really thrown me off schedule by a lot, but I’ll try to accommodate and avoid a lackluster update next week!

Despite not having much except practices this week, I just wanted to make sure I updated you so that you are aware of things that are currently going on.

I sincerely hope these recent updates have not disappointed you too much, and while I can’t say too much, I can assure you it won’t be for much longer! The “cake” needs to be fully baked soon, and I hope you’ll enjoy the taste when it’s ready.

この2週間、もっとたくさん作っておけば、今日の週刊更新がこれほど精彩を欠いたものにならなかったのに、と思っていた！このところの不手際で予定が大幅に狂ってしまったが、来週はその辺を調整し、物足りない更新にならないようにしたい！

今週は練習以外はあまりなかったにもかかわらず、私はただ、現在進行中のことを皆さんに知ってもらうために、更新を確認したかっただけなのです。

このところの更新が、皆さんをあまりがっかりさせるものでないことを心から願っていますし、あまり多くを語ることはできませんが、そう長くは続かないと断言できます！ケーキ」はもうすぐ完全に焼き上がる必要があり、出来上がったらその味を楽しんでほしい。
