Notice Regarding This Week's 'Weekly Update' | 今週の「週間更新」についてのお知らせ

Hey everyone!

Don't worry it's not a postponement of this week's Weekly Update!

Instead, I'm just writing this to prepare you for what's to come this weekend.

If you are one who looks forward to seeing how much progress has been made on the MMO series, or on the next animation, or maybe you want to see how much more feet I've drawn, I am sorry to say that there isn't any of those this week. If you've noticed, the first episode of the RadioWis show has yet to make its debut as well. These 2 situations are related.

To put it simply, I've been spending the whole week trying to get Blender to make what I envisioned for the RadioWis show, but Blender has refused to cooperate in every step of the way. From bugs, to crashes, to files being corrupt and having to restart from scratch. It's been a lot.

It was only yesterday that I've decided to give up on trying to get Blender to animate my visions and resort back to using it only to create visual concepts; pictures of what it's supposed to look like, instead of animations. I've been using CLIP STUDIO to touch up these visual concepts into the actual backgrounds, and I hope to show them to you this weekend.

Suffice to say, the pilot episode for the RadioWis show has been delayed, so my apologies on that as well.

I'll explain more in this week's Weekly Update, til then, please take care!

今週のウィークリーアップデートの延期ではありませんのでご安心ください。

むしろ、今週末の放送に向けて準備するために書いています。

MMOシリーズがどれだけ進んだか、次のアニメがどうなったか、あるいはどれだけ足が増えたか、などを楽しみにしている方は、残念ながら今週はそのようなことはありません。また、RadioWisもまだ第1回が放送されていません。この2つの状況は関連しています。

簡単に言うと、今週ずっとBlenderにRadioWisショーのために私が思い描いたものを作らせようとしていたのですが、Blenderはすべての段階で協力を拒否しています。バグやクラッシュ、ファイルが破損して一からやり直さなければならないなど。それはたいへんでした。

昨日、私はBlenderで私のビジョンをアニメーション化することをあきらめ、アニメーションの代わりに視覚的なコンセプト、つまりどのように見えるかの絵を作成するためだけに使うことに決めました。CLIP STUDIOを使って、このビジュアルコンセプトを実際の背景にタッチアップしています。

なお、RadioWisのパイロット版の制作が遅れており、こちらも申し訳ございません。
