The original name “Torture chamber” does not comply with the hub’s rules, so I have renamed it “BDSM room.”
I’ve reduced the mesh count as much as possible, and capped the material resolution for less important background elements at 2K. This has noticeably improved performance.
That said, there are still some known issues:
Blinds are too thin, causing visual artifacts from certain angles, especially in VR.

This room is different from my previous environment assets. Many objects feature baked high-quality normal maps and 4K textures, which greatly enhance the visuals,but also increase performance cost. (Believe me, I struggled a lot between optimization and beauty!)
Tips
This is a complete room setup. Whether you frame the table, the carpet, or the sofa, each angle delivers a strong atmosphere.

This piece is more of a byproduct from my house asset creation process. It’s very lightweight, so I didn’t add collision.
If you want to place it into another environment, you’ll usually need to adjust it with the UnityAssetVamifier plugin to ensure compatibility. You can check my demo as a reference.

This is a very simple room asset, designed primarily with performance in mind and secondarily with POV perspective in the layout.
It’s my first attempt at creating a house asset, so there are still many areas for improvement.
