Carl is setting up shop in Florida
Added 2021-08-13 17:15:11 +0000 UTCCarl has moved to Florida! But fear not, he has rented a commercial space for his collection on the beach near Cape Canaveral. Now that's retirement for you. So he can restore while he watches the rocket launches. This is actually quite an upgrade from his cramped garage space in California!
The biggest pieces of his collection seem to have made it intact. Here is the IBM 1130.

We'll have to figure out how we work remote once he is all settled in. Zoom and livestreams to the rescue.

2021-10-22 02:20:20 +0000 UTCI read "near the beach" and I immediately thought about flooding potential. Hope that's not a big risk in the spot he's in now.
