As a result of Microsoft's rate limiting policies and the high number of signups we get from hotmail/live/outlook addresses, SFMLab's Password reset/activation mail system is less reliable than usual. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about this on our end. Microsoft's policies are what they are and we can't really work around them.
1. Please remember your password so you don't have to clog the email system by requesting a password reset.
2. If you cannot remember your password, please make sure to use a password manager.
Alternatively you can choose to not use Microsoft as your email provider to avoid being affected entirely.
