Soft Curls Conversion (Todds → Adults) and basic leggings (basegame) + WIP

So yeah, converted (and edited too) this:

Kinda hat compatible, the curls may clip through some hats. Disabled for random and enabled for feminine frames/females only. Come in all 18 swatches but the "unnatural" ones are not on the toddlers version so I eyeballed them. They look alright to me!
Also made a recolor of the barette as an accessory. Can be found in earrings (until EA sorts the piercings and earrings) and will probably conflict with left nose rings since that's what I used for placement.

Next I made some very basic (relatively transparent) leggings with a bit of lace on the bottom. They are disabled for random, properly tagged and can be worn by adults, kids and tots.

As you can see they are really basic and nothing special XD
