The only mod used is found here: http://simsasylum.com/tfm/index.php?/topic/12915-upgrades-neon-signs-fully-upgraded-weatherproof-get-to-work-ep/ and it simply fully upgrade all neon lights and make them waterproof. Very useful since I placed some outside. You don't need the mod (if you like changing your gamemode to build, get new neons and change the gamemode back to living each time it rains, that's on you XD)
I've got a few cc coming too (eventually)... (like 4-5) so, yeah, don't go too far.
