Sorcery Playmat Resolution

Now that the dust has settled and the reactions have leveled out.

The Sorcery Company is going to reprint 1,000 Playmats and and send them over in a couple months.

I will keep the list of Patrons and spreadsheet of all the original orders.

A separate playmat shipment will come in 3 months.

Its going to be a long time to get this to production and then get it shipped around the world.

As with all life events, staying the course and remaining calm prevails.

I estimate around 50-60 patrons closed accounts in the last couple hours and around 50 orders were canceled. Lots of anger, cursing, scumbag, Reddit/Discord "warned me about you" type of behavior.

Most of those slots have already been "re-filled" by other more "rationale" humans.

Situations like this have benefits, and tend to push out the more volatile people in the system.

Once all orders ship out and i can see the exact amount of leftovers, i will reach out to patrons who swapped over to other items or had payments refunded and take care of those patrons who stuck around.

Handling new products and first to market items can be challenging and unpredictable. The behind the scenes can have months of work and preparation for launches. Sometimes things go horribly wrong and we must continue to push forward and take the path of least damage.
