- 1 Patron has confirmed they recieved a Gemkeeper Artist Proof and the opening was filmed. The patron has not posted it publicly, but i hope he does in the future :-)
- A large batch of 6.9 Redemption items are going out next week.
- 5 x Metazoo Playmats REDEMPTION - This redemption package contains 1 misprinted UFO playmat that has not been released to the public due to a printing mistake from the factory. This item is missing all the metazoo logos and markings, so it is essentially a "Blank" version. As of right now, none of these misprints have even been released to the market. I want to make sure patrons understand what they have. I wanted to include something special for this redemption ;-)
~ MARKET SURPRISES ~
MTG - Brothers War Collector Boxes - Market is thinning fast. If wizards does not "DUMP" more collector boxes on the market this will be the first $300+ collector box in a long time. The serialized cards are working.
POKE - Evolving Skies - Market is running very low on supply. No additional reprints coming. This box will break $300+ in 2023
POKE - Chilling Regin - Market is upticking faster than expected. Sitting at $110. Based on sales rate and no reprints. Price target of $150 in 2023
ZOO - Seance - Market is very tight. Very little sealed supply. If the zoo animated shorts and player base experience any uptick in 2023. These boxes will skyrocket to $200+ due to lack of supply
WEISS - Rent-a-Girlfriend - Supply is low and sales rate on sealed boxes is steady. Prices up to $80 already. Price target of $200 in 2023
WEISS - Mushoku Tensei - This is the fasted growing/selling weiss set. Price target of $300-$500 a box within 36 months. That is not a typo.
WEISS - Tokyo Revengers - The "worst" set. Steady sales...and literally NO ONE bought it. Price target of $200 a box
FaB - Uprising/Dynasty - Fab 2.0 has been incredibly successful. Many mtg players are trying FaB and i believe we are going to experience an uptick of new players in 2023. The market is recovering faster than expected. I am not seeing any price collapses anymore.
I am seeing upticks in many old Cold Foils from early sets.
Uprising/Dynasty single card demand is very steady.
Stores are requesting restocks on Dynasty boxes for mass box openings.
EVEN MONARCH 1st EDITION has bottomed and is now showing an uptick :-o
I am very proud of FaB for making the nasty decisions needed to navigate a 2022 market.

2022-12-02 07:42:30 +0000 UTCif the pins have a serial number ending in 69 (69,169, 269..1069...2069) you can exchange them for sealed product (you can find the items here on patron just searching. otherwise the pins are just collectables. If you find redemption items you can send them in to the same address (see any video). Otherwise open and enjoy!

Is there a millionaire secret that I don’t know when it comes to paper labels? I just use a cheap thermal printer and can print off everything at once and just slap the labels on. I figured taping paper wasn’t time or material efficient for large number of orders and I just can’t imagine a person with as many forms of income as you having the time to hand tape all of our paper order labels. Unless it’s like a tape kink or something

2022-12-01 21:39:31 +0000 UTCMy understanding is that you can map all the boxes in a case once you have opened them. So you have good boxes 9-36 FH and some like I opened the other day with no FHs which is zero value.

Will be determined how things progress over the next 90 days as far singles, openings, and even quarterly reports. I'm skeptical it sold out and wasn't just defined as sold out. If they sold 10 in the first 5 minutes and then nothing the next 30...yeah i'd probably pull it too.

As soon as WotC releases more serialized products the value is going to stagnate. By this time next year WotC could be looking at a full sports card crash if they keep going the way they're going.
2022-11-27 19:10:13 +0000 UTCPersonally i don't touch japanese weiss. The print runs are a lot higher and the demand in the US for JP product seems lower. The exceptions being sets like sneaker bunko that didnt make it to the states and have over the top waifu cards.
