Rudy's Opinion - I would classify this as another "Waifu" style Weiss set, which tends to have higher odds of long term success.
The market in all CCG's continues to be bad.
I expect no short term growth in any product at this time.
THIS SET CONTAINS RARE SERIALIZED CARDS - i expect there to be very difficult to acquire as this item ages.
It is estimated that 30%-50% of Stores have stopped ordering Weiss/Metazoo/FaB in the last 6 months due to market conditions.
Be greedy when others are fearful.
IMPORTANT WEISS MARKET INFORMATION BELOW
Please use extreme caution when seeing a couple of the sellers on tcgplayer selling at a loss on weiss boxes. Notice they are not selling by the sealed case and some of them sell singles for the same set. It is common practice for some stores to open a case and hunt the SP card and dump the loose boxes at below cost on tcgplayer.
In addition, supply of all weiss boxes has been cut and reduced by the manufactorer moving forward. Normally i would get a couple pallets worth and keep it in stock for 24 hours.
I only get 1 pallet of each set now.
I expect all weiss sales to only last a couple hours moving forward.
The days of higher supply and longer sales have ended.

See Rudy‘s warning at the bottom about sellers dumping the remaining boxes from a case once they‘ve found one of the very rare, expensive cards. I‘d be less worried about that when buying here. However, for hold-and-sell, you’ll probably want to get an entire case and keep it sealed.

2022-10-29 01:08:21 +0000 UTC30-50% dropped FaB, MetaZoo, and Weiss. Another 30% have severely dropped MTG supply. I feel like it's just LGSs going out of business too that is effecting the supply of these CCGs on the market.
