Paypal and international orders

Dumb question, if you dont mind. I use coinbase, but how do you generate a key to use for transactions? Is that just in my configuration?

Completely understandable, unfortunately I am a complete crypto newbie from Germany. My idea was to set up a wallet on my iPhone to buy and send crypto. Is this the way to go forward if I only want to use crypto for payments? Any suggestions, tips or experiences are highly appreciated. Thank you guys!

I have been paying with USDC stable coins without issue for the past 5 transactions with Rudy. I just convert what I want to use into USDC or add money as USDC and make payment. There are some fees involved for gas but it's reasonable.

Canadian exchange NDax is what I use. Set up an account. You can fund with etransfer to buy crypto. It's all secure and they are licensed and regulated as a securities exchange by the government.

I'm sorry to hear about the amount of fraud and chargebacks. It's unfortunate that those individuals acting in bad faith has lead to this. As an international Timmy, I just made my first purchase, and was looking forward to more. This will incentivize me to set up a crypto wallet.

You can also use a crypto with faster transaction processing times. BTC and ETH are expensive to send and can be slow to send transactions too when compared to newer networks like ADA or SOL . XRP and XLM also have fast and cheap transactions, but XRP may not be available on all exchanges due to legal issues with the SEC.

Hey Rudy. Sorry for the issues with fraud. Have you considered closing paypal orders to new international Patreon? For example if a Patreon has been one for say 6 months or 1 year and has ordered before, then it is ok? Something like that. Am I correct that the fraud is happening with new accounts mostly or wholly? Perhaps it is too hard to manage that way.

That would not help me...none of the cases opened against me are "item not received" they are all "not as described" stating counterfeit cards or the box is missing all the rare cards....i have heard it all. This is calculated in advance by the buyer. After the purchase is made, they close the patreon account wait 1-3 months then claim something weird happened.

Oh boy... that sucks :( I was lucky enough to use crypto from the start (monarch kit was first for me). TBH international buyers must deal with crappy shipping paths (my monarch kit was send from USA to Poland by Saudi Arabia - wtf). Also duties increased very much. I didn't pay anything for monarch kit, but i payed ~30$ for tales of aria (where Rudy's declaration says about GIFT with 50$ value). More taxes everywhere. More costs everywhere. + blocking paypal will hit number of transactions outside of US. It looks like slowly, people in US will play only with themselves. :(

Being completely real I don't understand how Rudy can be blamed for a packaging problem caused by the carrier, very few (if any) sellers that I've worked with in the US have used what I would consider a _good_ carrier and Rudy is one of the few that does. While this is a pain in the ass I can use crypto, though I would prefer the protection that paypal offers both seller and buyer if one party isn't respecting the deal and abusing the system then its sort of pointless.

I have done the best i can, but the system is not designed for an account of this size, and the website is not instant on updates. So what is happening is when 1 person is banned or voluntarily leaves, 2 people take the slot due to the delay of update.
