Just watched the YouTube video titled reserve list regarding Metazoo..is metazoo doing a reserved list?

Any plans to change spellbook, page, bookmark etc. To their normal card game equivalents? Ex: bookmark=draw, spellbook=deck

Random question, but I am curious about the legal process with some of the cards. I know a bunch are based on local myths and legends (such as Jersey Devil and Babe the Blue Ox), but is there a risk that these cards might be subject to copyright infringement or other hassles? The only thing I can think of is when Pokémon had an issue with Kadabra being based off of a real life magician. Do you guys vet and research possible potential problems like this?

Drew

What company prints the MetaZoo cards? From what I heard there was an NDA on revealing that information that should recently have expired.

Will the 1st edition’s of Metazoo eventually hold exclusive art variants only in 1st edition similar to fab?

I would ask what are they doing to get kids interested in this game, where are they advertising and where can kids see it being played

CShrapnel

Say thanks to Mike for taking a risk and trying to run with a new idea. Wish him the best of luck with the game, roll with the negatives, run with the positives, listen to your audience but stay with your gut. Best of luck with MetaZoo Mike!

b42

Will there be a reserved list or cards that won’t be reprinted in the future?

Two questions first. What steps are being taken to increase the print run of Night Fall? Due to the fact that 25,000 Boxes for the 1st Edition of Cryptid Nation did not meet the unexpected demand that came up so close to right after release. From what I understanding production usually needs to take place 1-3 months in advance and with nightfall due out in October there is concern that even an increased print run if only slightly increased may still not be enough to meet the current demand for the game. Second. When Cryptid Nation reprints its supposed to be called 2nd Edition from my understanding. Will this be similar to 1st edition and be limited with a public print run or will this be similar to an "Unlimited Print Run" where boxes may be printed to the demand of players. Or does this leave the door open to have a possible 3rd edition print run if ever needed down the line?

Dan Z

Where do you see this game going in the future? Do you have expansions in mind or are you just reprinting the original set

Some Troll ass comments lol

Brian

What was your main inspiration in coming up with the world of MetaZoo?

What most excites you about the future of MetaZoo?

Is MetaZoo, like Flesh and Blood, meant to be a game played in person? Are there plans for an online version?

Mr Waddell, Do you think consumer use of software programs (a.k.a. bots) to acquire limited-release product from primary sellers is ethical? If not, are there any plans to mitigate the use of these programs to give the average consumer a better chance at acquiring this type of product at MSRP?

do you plan on increasing print runs for future 1st edition sets? if so how much of an increase?

When will Walt Disney World open a fully operational abortion clinic ??

Schrodinger's Clock

1st eddition box have had a wide variety of foils to reverse foils. Some boxes have 4 foils and some have 30 foils. Will the next batch have a more balanced pull rates?

Paul Koenen

Do you have any intentions to change the card stock for future sets? The stock currently is thin and flimsy and causes concern for the cards to bend easily.

Earl

Rudy, I don't have a question, I just wanted to thank you for partnering up with Metazoo and supplying me with 2 god-like boxes. I really had a blast opening them up! I guess we can thank Mike too for creating this awesome tcg!

Are you having ongoing plans for distribution to LGS and are you getting orders for some of the smaller stores or only larger ones, what do you see the future for that?

Will nightfall and future sets hit targeted release dates? How are you addressing the companies growing pains and difficulties in the supply chain to insure you deliver a quality product on time?

Ron Manelski

Yeah they are doing yokai

Ozzy B.

Mike, I’ve seen and witnessed a lot of negativity towards your game and a lot of it can be nasty and hateful. How have you been rolling with the punches? Does it get to you? Does it make you want to go even further and let the hate build your passion? Or do you not give two flips.

Are you planning to release different border Colors and eventually foil bordered or like vmax pokemon cards?

What’s your favorite taco? Believe Rudy’s is the chalupa

Davy

Sorry - One more question. Have any "big box" retailers reached out to you about stocking Metazoo products in their stores? Or have you reached out to them? I'd be curious to see if we might see some Metazoo product on the shelves at Target or Walmart this holiday season. What are the plans for expanding to mass market box retailers?

I've really enjoyed the complete randomness of opening the 1st edition booster boxes. I feel like this creates more interaction between collectors trying to trade for what they don't have and helps sustain a healthy secondary singles market. Do you plan to keep it this way in the future or are you looking to try to have more map-able booster boxes in the future?

While TCGs have become more advanced, do you see a more simple TCG coming (possibly Metazoo) that 's geared towards children? My 6 and 5 y/o loves opening packs and seeing cards, but Pokemon's art is confusing and there just isn't anyone targeting that younger player. Could metazoo fill that niche?

Robert Sutphin

My question is- As "David" how do you approach competition with "Goliaths" like MTG and Pokemon? MTG has an ever growing online presence through MTGO and MTGA and Pokemon has decades of videos games and has been widely successful through two generations now. While nobody should expect to wake up next week above the giants, what are his steps to carving out a spot in the market for the long term, so 5 years from now we don't look back at Metazoo as a short term hype train that got derailed after losing steam?

Based on interviews it sounds like you have few years of business experience and few, or none, competitive gaming. Why should the investor segment have confidence you can make this game succeed long term? What are the quals/exp of others on your leadership team?

That’s why there is an unlimited release coming. Much larger print run, packs should be cheaper

Dr. Applesauce

If I drive my car at the speed of light, then I turn my lights on... will they do anything?

The rabbit hole is exquisite. "Pump and Dump Rudy" "Floppy Taco Rudy" "Ole Diamond Hands" 🤣

This is a really insightful question. I look forward to hearing his perspective on this

Metazoo Booster Box sells for $500+/box... Who is going to play it at $25 a booster pack?

Will unlimited boxes also hold a box topper? If so will there be a version of the Red Ink card as a potential pull? I would also like to know if there will be a Dinosaur set? Something like all the mistaken Dino's that humans thought we found but later turned out to be something else. I believe Iguanodon changed several times when they were discovering it.

Kevin Bertolasio

If you join the discord, they actually reveal that

Philip Davis

I'm late to the party, but I'll try anyway- Are print run numbers going to be publicly disclosed? If yes, will you share those numbers prior to release or post release/post print run? Really hope this one gets asked and answered! 😁🤞 Love the game, staying for the timeless art.

That Guy Certified

International question: any chance you'll go to a more broader market and give the other continent a chance to get the product without having to jump through some hoops? It was impossible to get something in the Netherlands and import made it risky and expensive.

Yes can you evenly distribute packs across all merchandise. So if you have 33% chance to get a rare holo. You get 3. As in Spellbooks whereas you might get 1 or 2. And booster boxes you get 20 or more instead of 12.

JAMES YAMAMURA

Yes channelfireball selling at 499

JAMES YAMAMURA

How do you plan on expanding internationally?I’ve seen a few podcasts that it is extremely popular in the USA (people trading FAB and MTG for the Zoo, but not so much the other way and alike) but hearing small to medium international interest and I am wondering how you plan on increasing popularity outside of the US. I’ve also heard that this game is far more beers and pretzels than other current big hitters, how do you feel this will affect the game over the next 10 years or so as the “initial hype” wanes?

Why did you add so much "new words" to the existing formats? Why changed "deck" into the "spellbook" etc?

Maciej Graszek

Are you a cat?

Brittany Kcar

When are you trying expand to Europe and other continents?

Maciej Graszek

When will the rest of the world get a taste of the Zoo? It's kinda quiet in Europe. Are there plans to promote the game in here? (given that the pandemic let's you go to conventions and such) thank you!

Why Steve Aioki?

What the fuck exactly is Metazoo

This is unrelated but I am looking to put some more money into crypto so decided to sell one of my Kickstarter boxes (I have 3 total). I set price at $1,999.99 opening bid or a buy it now option of $3,799.99 + $19.99 shipping. Well I done fu**ed up as I realized too late that that is well under market. It got bought 12 minutes after listing it. I failed the Rudy golden rule to stay the course. To my fellow patrons, this sh** is fire right now! Enjoy the ride!

Aaron Ostergaard

Will you be doing any kind of organized play support? If so, what are those plans? Once you run out of cryptids, what will you use for your cards?

Jason Antokal

Do feel that the skyrocketing prices of sealed MetaZoo product on the secondary market will prevent the player base from growing?

Are there any licensed collectables, plushies, or games accessories that will roll out in time for Christmas?

Will you utilize an organized play kit or other locally distributed promo options?

GMM :)))

Kuroe6

When do you anticipate an unlimited printing of the first set? Will unlimited printings contain box toppers or are those strictly for 1st edition set booster boxes?

Jonathon Smith

When can we expect plushies? Want me a Loveland frogman plush.

The Cardboard Crackhead

Will MetaZoo ever have its own version of a reserve list? Or can we expect all cards have a chance of a reprint in future sets?

The Cardboard Crackhead

🤣🤣 please ask this!

The Cardboard Crackhead

Is a hot dog a sandwich?

Metazoo “Arena”/“Online” a possibility down the road? Just tagging on with the Gameboy question. * apologize in advance if question was asked above … read most comments but not all

This question has essentially already been asked but…. If you could have a game that players love and it is thriving on the “playing the game” side of things or would you rather have a collectors after market that is thriving. I ask because Rudy said something recently that resonated with me. He said no one really played Pokémon but it became a global phenomenon. My brother collected growing up, my son and all his friends collect (10 years old) but none of them ever played or even had aspirations to play. Conversely, a lot of my son’s friends (and my son because I played mtg) at school play magic the gathering but have no aspirations to collect. I know the easy answer is both but if you were at a crossroads to really bolster one or the other, which path would you take?

Aaron Ostergaard

I’m curious if more distributors, like alliance or southern hobby, will be chosen to carry Metazoo. Rudy please ask him what his favorite Cryptozoology creature is. Mine is the Moth man.

Zack Keating

How much growth do you see for metazoo going forward with competition between Pokémon, mtg, yugioh, and now with the growth of FAB? And what will be the big draw for sets going forwards as you run out of cryptids people already know?

Cord Anding

is non first edition stuff print to demand?

alldaytaytay

Have you planned the "Atlantis" release to be scatch & sniff?

John Greves

Lmao I also want to know this

How do you plan to survive in an already saturated card game market with established IP

Derek

Will you support the LGS only or will you work with the big online distributors like Amazon? I really hope you intend to support the small LGS stores since they took a beating last year.

Philip Chiu

Has he thought about releasing an NFT based card game to replace what Tabletop Simulator does? There are tons of "card game" ntf's that are working backwards trying to figure out how to make as much money as possible. I like Valve/Steam but there are limits like the 2000 dollar wallet limit and having to use third party vendors or brokers to cash out. Plus I want to own all my stuff. You don't have to make them limited, its possible make mints of 25,000 first edition cards, then mint 50,000 of a second edition if more players like it. That way there is no fake scarcity, just real online play, and unlike Tabletop simulator, you will get the initial sales plus a small percentage of every future sale to fund the future of the IP. Also, are there any storyline based video games being planned. Even those that don't play the card game would still find a lot of interest in a survival/exploration game that teaches about all the cryptids as they are released. Preferably a FPS style game where I can also shoot at things :) or a survival/horror based game where the the cryptids help you fight off noobs. The Field Guide to North American Monsters was a great book on cryptozoology that interested me in high school even though I don't believe in paranormal stuff. Its out of print but I got a copy on eBay for like 30 bucks, just in case anyone is interested.

I asked the same question, just more diplomatically lol.

Dr. Applesauce

The 1st edition product exploded, with a limited run of 25k. I am very interested in the game. The meta is intriguing, and gameplay is simple and fun, albeit quirky ( which is cool ) What type of production numbers of booster boxes do you have planned for the unlimited release, that will supply potential players with product to build decks and increase the popularity of the actual game, Thus facilitating a potential very successful future for MetaZoo?

Dr. Applesauce

What are your thoughts on a company who is a direct partner with Metazoo, who supplies LGS with product for you and buys directly from you, the source, selling boxes for 5x MSRP?

Dr. Applesauce

Do you ever see the art style going a different direction? Or maybe adding on other artists who have their own "touch"?

Ask are you a Timmy?

7he7ru7h

Do they think Metazoo has the potential to cast a dark cloud over pokemon?:)

You've mentioned allowing input and a general collaborative spirit with the players, submitting ideas for cards and artwork. I'm worried that it might just be a marketing ploy to get people interested in the game, and then ditch the idea once your brain-child gets fully developed and just do your own thing. Will players truly be allowed to collaborate and integrate their ideas with MetaZoo in the long run? What plans do you have to allow creative collaboration with the i.p. moving forward?

scififanman

Metazoo has the collecting side on lock. Promos are great and a cool watch coming out. But as a member of the official discord there is very little talk of the actual game from Metazoo officials. Do you plan to release an Organized Play Doctrine, so a competitive community can thrive? Also will you be taking a look at the current rules/mechanics and making any changes to clean up game play?

Quinton Neff

Do you worry about running out of cryptids or ideas for new sets in the future?

Will we see red ink in the 2nd edition print? Or will there be a new secret rare??

Will they be adding "collector boxes" similar to MTG where you have a higher chance for better cards?

I only pulled 3 rares in my 10-pack spellbook, and I can't use any of them because I already have the allowed limit. Are you going to reconsider the rare distribution, which only creates feel bad situations (I guess 30% of the packs???)? Furthermore, so many cards that are limit 1 or 2 make this even worse because duplicates happen often and you can't use them. Not a lot of people play this game so it's hard to make trades.

Brien Applegate

Do you plan to disclose print run data (volume and/or other metrics) in the future, or will that be kept internal?

b42

What really sold me on this game was the chart of which color beat which other color. Are there any plans to make multicolored cards?

Elijah Vanaver

Do you plan on making an appearance personally in one of Rudy's videos, because Saint from Fabled Hunters kicked Rudy's CAT ASS by getting James White on video for an interview vs. written answers to questions? A personal appearance offers the ability to provide spontaneous content! Sorry Rudy, but Fabled Hunters has a very small audience compared to you, and they got James to Zoom in for their interview.

Michael C

Are the card’s style/graphics/layout set in stone for all sets going forward or are things still being finalized based on community feedback? For instance the red border blending in with the card colors could be cleaned up by adding a white line to separate the two and make the cards pop more. There have been other concerns about the text sizing and readability. And this also brings up the question about community feedback being disrespected and ignored by some key Metazoo staff. Will community feedback be taken into consideration for this game?

Will the next "Rudy" card get more powerful around basements? (Or if you have hairy arms...)

John Greves

Look carefully, some of the Metazoo art is not exactly G rated, while I agree the style might be thought of as kid friendly. Look at the art. Many have and edge to them.

Michael C

I’d like to hear his thoughts on how PSA (and other grading companies) will affect the investment aspect of MetaZoo……..and does he think he needed PSA’s recent acceptance of MetaZoo cards to legitimize the game in the market.

There needs to be a mechanic that could translate to exactly that in the card game world. It would really be balancing factor for all and future tcg. Frfr.

EyeGotSamples4Sale

Do you think there's a possibility of other mediums for MetaZoo to occupy? (Tv, videogames, comics, etc)

When was it when you first invisioned the concept of Metazoo? Also, what happens when all the cryptids globally are released and does the team have any plans for when this eventually happens? Thanks for the amazing product and keep up the fantastic work!

Now Is It more About Raising Capital For Your Legacy, or Cementing An Unforgettable Game Into the History Books?

Also, what is your process for Game design/R&D, who are your game designers and what is their experience, and do you have a game design roadmap for new mechanics/interactions/future sets?

Tanner Prince

In the beginning you compared your cards to the vintage style Pokémon cards, do you still feel the same way? How can you change the mindset of the loyal Pokémon community? some have said some very harsh things towards Metazoo how did you take this type of criticism and how will you use it to captivate more of the Pokémon community that aren’t yet convinced

Eddie Aguilar

Any plans on having a tv show or a video game based off metazoo? If so when? how?

Will boxes and product be more randomized in future sets, there is alot of clumping between pulls in a box and promos in a release deck with a case getting all the same promo.

While having a rare box topper to chase is great, it affects the value of the box. I have seen them sell for 200-300 alone. Are their plans to continue to do this? If so will a more common verson be printed. Red ink seems very playable.

Paul Koenen

What's the plan for the game after the Earth's surface has been completely covered by the game. Other dimensions, space, hmmm?

William Green

Any plans to give stores that actually sell product at MSRP more product and scalpers like CFB less product? :)

What is the long term plan for the game, in terms of the cryptids? In Pokémon, they just infinitely make up all the new critters. For MetaZoo, you’re stuck basing new cards on folklore/legends for the new creature cards you make, right? That seems like you are stuck with a finite number of potential beasties.

When do you plan on no longer releasing first edition product? Wondering if it will be the same as pokemon eventually where we just have new sets that get printed until they don't want to print them anymore.

Will Metazoo ever consider a version of the Reserved List to protect those who supported the game in its early days.

What are the long and short-term plans to make the game cheaper to play? In the future, will products be print-to-demand? That Release Event Medal flavor text is getting more and more ironic by the day.

Tanner Prince

What's the gimmick of this game?

Is it true that Steve Wazoo will make an appearance in the Metazoo lore? Steve Wazoo?! Is it true?!

What are the key things you want to focus on as Metazoo grows to differentiate from your competition (Pokemon, MTG, FAB)? What are some key things you like from your competition that you plan on incorporating into Metazoo?

Brian Lee

I will never play, but like to invest, how do you plan to keep people like myself buying your product.

Matthew Miller

Can we do an anime for metazoo or a cartoon? Then release a tcg mobile game and or a rpg Metazoo mobile game would be pretty sweet. To get more exposure. And get people used to seeing and hearing Metazoo. METAZOO FO LYFE.

EyeGotSamples4Sale

We have seen a lot of entrenched idealogues tied to MTG, Yugioh and Pokemon saying these new tcg's will fail, lack lore/tv/movie/games to suck in and hold attention. Are there future plans to expand into these venues and/or methods being thought of to change these entrenched views?

Smithereens

I’m curious Also

https://youtu.be/fkLzyH7nGGU

Brian

With regards to game balance. Are you actively directing game design to try and buff weaker types?

How is Topps involved?

Joel Draper

"Cryptids" are global/cultural phenomena; are there plans to expand the game to include international "cryptids"?

Craig C. Britt

This is the promo we deserve

Do you plan on finding a vendor/distributor that will be able to make products available in person in Alaska?

Kyle

Like the limited edition Rudy card, is there any chance to get a limited edition Timmy card.

When will metazoo be released on the Gameboy color?

Are there any going concepts for expansions at this point?

Why are discussions about the Metazoo secondary market banned from the official discord server?

Secret rare box topper idea was genius, who’s idea was it ?

Is there any talk or plans about making a Metazoo videogame?

Will tournaments support a 'map' system for environments ala Counter Strike, and you can ban/pick manufactured setting calibrations. This would balance the fourth wall as well as assist with rotating the meta-game and enabling niche/variable playstyles.

Andrew Schulz

Yes I need 2nd edition Halloween

Does the meta make the zoo, or the zoo make the meta?

What was the greatest difficulty you encountered when creating Metazoo?

Is Metazoo planning on making more Christmas/Halloween special cards? Thank you!

Travis Petersen

What is the direction metazoo is going in within the next 2-3 years ?and has it changed at all with the recent addition of big partners such as tops and individuals like steve aoki?

How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Are there any supply issues with printing/card quality/manufacturing of metazoo? With increases in prices of packaging and shipping materials across the board has this impacted the actual creation of the cards in any way?

You minted some NFT’s which are an emergent collectible in the last 12 months. What are your plans for them with MetaZoo, a collectible curiosity for NFT fans, or will they be a larger part of the project, given Topps also is big into digital collectibles?

Simon S

Do most people that buy Pokémon play the game?

Ozzy B.

Looks like a fun game, when is unlimited coming out? Would rather open that then the first edition packs.

He already has, and it’s in the discord!

Will there be a competitive side to the game and if so what's the plan to get there and make it work. If not, what will sustain the game and secondary market?

How spicy are the homemade Italian sausages? What was the biggest other TCG/CCG that prompted you to think 🤔 I can make a game better than that, cause you did, not meaning to disparage or denigrate any other game, we probably all have thought I would have done it differently.

Douglas Mittelstaedt

Who created MetaZoo’s 8-bit Cryptid Nation and Nightfall theme songs? They’re both fresh and exciting and tinged with nostalgia

They have the next couple sets planned out for the next year and you can find the answer in the discord

Do you expect more people will play the game versus just collect it? (for example Magic vs Pokemon)

What is your favorite card in the amazing game you’ve created? Which piece are you the most proud of?

Is there a company on Wallstreet we can invest in "paper supplier, marketing company ect..." that is tied to your product.

Do you plan to put restrictions on non-secondary market prices? For example channel Fireball selling boxes for $150 and then $500.

Is a tcg based around cryptids sustainable for mamy years? Seems like youd run out of crypids in 5years or so.

Mark Vitali

This question is answered in the discord constantly, if you’re not in it I would join it

How can one distinguish a man promo card from a non promo card!?

William Arce

There's been quite a bit of backlash about this product, notably the art style choice and popularity of the mechanics of the game. Without trying to sound biased either way: Will you continue with the current art/mechnics of the game?

Are you concerned with being similar to Pokemon and potential backlash from Pokemon company?

Paul Tufis

What your reaction to 1st edition sales? Do you care that at such high costs it's becoming more a collectors item and less people have access to play?

Gary Chen

As much as I like the art of Flesh and blood. I really like having the option of the family-friendly art and gameplay of Metazoo. Is this something you (the owner) planned for and will continue to strive for in future releases?

Curious about the booster box rare ratios. Example. Pulled 4 mothman from 1 booster. Not complaining ..just asking how rare that is and if this was the case of the first ever printing (besides KS). Thanks

What’s your favorite kind of taco?

Hence why we saw sports people buying up Pokémon who didn’t care about the game. If people see an opportunity to make a quick $300 profit they’ll show up to game stores to buy the limit and just resell it. Maybe allowing game stores to raise prices to incentivize them to carry the game, while not letting resellers make so much money it’s worth their while, would be a good price point.

What is your biggest disappointment with MetaZoo so far?

Ozzy B.

How do you get in contact with companies to print your cards? Do they have certain requirements to set up printing for your product or will they generally print for anyone who can afford to work with these services?

Steven

Why do you think there are so many people and "influencers" that think your game is a money grab?

Violent Ken

I really dig the 4th wall stuff. That actually makes me want to play. Do you see it ever being used to unlock NFTs down the road? Really excited to learn about how we'll be able to secure them and collect the cards as well!

Will there be more Rudy promo cards in the future? (i.e. Rudy, Crypto Zoologist)??? 🤔

Jeremy Jones

How do you plan to expand awareness on your cryptids? For example while some cryptids are well known like mothman there are many small unknowns, without properly marketing and educating potential buyers of your product you won't be able to generate further interest beyond an already existing demographic. thus unnecessarily limiting your market reach

Miguel Lily

What is your long term plan to drive sales, create growth, and protect your brand?

JC

Do you have plans to expand into Australia in the near future? Have you had any conversations about working with a distributor to service the Oceania market?

What are your plans to make Metazoo a collectible as the years pass? Will there be anything like a reserved list in MTG? What will your reprint policy be on cards that are more highly valued on the secondary market?

What is your opinion on the functionality of the game itself? Cards interact with players and the environment in a 4th-wall manner. While this certainly makes it very interesting to play, how do you think this will affect prospective competitive play in the future for hardcore players?

Miper Spective

How are tournament rules going to differ from casual play. And what ARE your plans for upcoming tournaments and getting more people to actually play and not just collect

Any word on what our 1st edition coins can be redeemed for in the future? I saw you post something about that in the discord and i was curious.

It seems like metazoo is aiming to please collectors more so than players. As someone who wants to play this game, how commited are you towards the gameplay aspect of metazoo? Seems like there are some balancing issues to be worked out.

Mark Vitali

Other then CFB are they going to reveal any other major distributor for the release of NightFall. They provide a Store Locator on their Market Place Page but it leads to dead ends every time. Thanks Rudy and have fun with Micheal.

Would love to see a video of you two opening a box and going over the design process of their cards.

Any concerns with power creep / 4th wall and how they will stay balanced ?

Will the stores that took pre-orders and then canceled them close to release/on release be cut from allocation for future sets?

Will 1st edition prints continue into the future and if so will print runs increase

Kevin Bouch

Would you ever consider doing a crossover collaboration with Pokémon? How would you see that going (what product)?

Matthew

Do you plan on being a more collector/competitive oriented brand/game?

Robert Talley

What do you think Metazoo's competitive advantage is that it will make it a game that will last 10+ years?

Are there plans for organized/competitive play?

William Hamilton

Besides the successful launch of the game, what excites him most about the game, and what are his ambitions for metazoo for the next 12-24 months?

Thomas J Lennex

Does he really think he can stop botters from buying his tcg up?

What are your print run numbers?

Christopher Drake

Why the emphasis on stores selling at MSRP? I understand on a theoretical level why that’s good for the image of the game, but if MSRP is 100 and the resell value is 400, why not let game stores capture that surplus instead of resellers? Don’t let him say that you’re envisioning the transaction as between two sellers instead of a seller and a player- if there’s money to be made, people are going to try and make it

What was the main inspiration for the style of the game? As well as how does he intend to keep the future sets to remain unique as far as the artwork and characters go?

Nick

Will MetaZoo do IP crossovers?

Will you make print runs public information like FAB?

How long until we see some cards from nightfall?👀

What should we expect from the latest announcement with the partnering of Metazoo and Topps and will this be a common partnership or just a one off?

Louis Dalessio

Is SDCC a possibility in the upcoming future?

How do they intend to handle the limited print run if 1st as more stores start carrying the product, it seems unlikely stores will want 1 or 5 as the game gets popular. (Intent was to keep 1st print run very small?)

Richard Smith

Since their is talk of this game getting a television adaptation, is their an idea of what or who this show will be around?

Jesse Valdez

Mike, we know that Rudy is a cat. Are you also a cat? Meow.

How have had to adjust your view of the MetaZoo community and target demographic after such massive growth?

How many of the future announced sets have already been created & will we get 2nd edition cryptic nation before Nightfall?

Will you in the future down the road implement a quasi reserve list, as in not reprint cards from old sets?

Andy Wilkes

How many sets will be released a year? Will he continue to add one secret rare box topper per set?

Philip Davis

With such an awesome release in a tough time. What are your plans with a second set moving forward

Why do old store owners think MetaZoo is gonna die?

Sergio Company

Ask him if he can make George from CompeteSports direct?

John Bolender

How long was Metazoo in development prior to going public and initial printing of kickstarter product?

What will come next, the new set or the unlimited print of the first set?
