Unpopular opinion from an evil investor: I am in favor of price increases (as long as the patreon membership stays the same). Inflation shows continued growth of a market over time. This is good news for long term holders as trading card collectibles is showing promise of being an alternative equity investment portfolio in the +10 years to come. They say high tide raises all ships, but this is more like the moon has permanently shifted closer to the earth and tides are no longer relevant.

I can get boxes at 85/90 a box shipped no tax on standard products through lgs and eBay. I stay here because I like rudy and he runs specials that are good deals from time to time. To name a few that I remember over the years... Time Spiral, 2nd batch theros collectors, second batch mh2 draft boosters, metazoo first Ed. Kit, wrath arcane and cru first edition FAB kits, ultimate masters boxes 1st batch, sale on iconic masters boxes 130/bx. I don't buy everything from rudy because I can get it way cheaper elsewhere normally. However I'm glad to be a patreon for the good deals that come out. Just my opinion here.

As someone who ships things all the time for my business, I feel these increases as well. I will legit do more business with East Coast buyers just cause the shipping cut for sending stuff to the west coast has jumped so much since 2019. Mainly because I pay for S&H on almost all domestic orders. Thank you for being so transparent about how a much larger business gets hosed on these price increases and paypal fees. Hopefully things level off eventually.

Rudy I work at a liquor store and people don’t understand why their beer costs a dollar more now. We aren’t making a dollar more, we are paying a dollar more per case on our end, so that means our selling price will be higher because it’s about the percentage on each product. Beer is 15 percent and Liquor is 20. We aren’t making more money, we just adjusted to keep our margins.
