Important Updates - 6/8/2021

Zendikar Draft Boxes - Shipping is still slow and running 6 days behind on this item with small waves of product showing up daily and orders being filled. I expect large 1k+ boxes to show up next week and then everything will return to 2 day ship and all orders will be filled.
Pokemon Chiling Reign - This sale has been removed and will take place in July due to small shipping delays from pokemon USA.
Monarch Unlimited - By now, im sure everyone has heard there are some error boxes from Carta Mundi for Monarch unlimited, where they accidently used leftover empty packaging for unlimited boosters. If the market drops, i would use this as a buying opportunity. The amount of product impacted is so low...its almost useless. In addition, the USA pallets of product appear to have no problems at all. This has been isolated already. But some of the boxes did slip to the public in Aus/NZ part of the world.
Monarch Unlimited patron bundles - This sale will probably take place right after modern horizons 2. Pricing will be aggressive. Blitz decks will also be availble. Currently inventorying and processing all the product.
Metazoo - Launch is still on track for Mid July.
Modern Horizons 2 Collector Boxes - If you can get your hands on any MH2 Collector boxes under $390 wit hall taxes/shipping included, i would recomend building a position. Many stores who are getting these items, are not even selling them and have chosen to open them all and flip the singles since the EV is over $700+ per box. Even with large price drops after release, i expect EV on this item to hold above $400

I'm just going to crack the two draft boxes, and buy singles on the rest. Prices should go down heavily on singles, especially with how many good (and new) cards are in the set as sellers flood listings.

2021-06-09 01:08:39 +0000 UTCAmazon is still selling MH2 Collector boxes directly for WoTC for $352 a box if you select new from other sellers you will see it. For me it ended up being $378 a box after tax+shipping and before my 5% cash back.

2021-06-09 00:15:08 +0000 UTCIt's not *that* bad. First, this only affects boxes in UNL cases, so it's not even an issue with first edition cases. Second, you can peer inside a 1st edition box by pushing down on the top flap (even in its LSS shrinkwrapped), and if it's indeed a 1st edition box, the booster pack should NOT have a red label in the top-left corner. Unlimited packs have red labels. When selling MON 1st edition boxes online, just share a photo of the top-left pack inside the flap.

It means I will never buy an alpha box of monarch to hold long term besides what I have and who would want to. How bad would that feel 10 years down the road opening up an alpha box and getting unlimited packs. Lss has really dropped the ball with this set. It’s not like they didn’t have time to get it right. How long did they have in between cru and this set? To much time. It’s worse than double masters vip not having the right shrink wrap by 10x.

Fortunately, there probably aren't that many of them compared with the number of real 1st edition boxes, and also it should be possible to tell without breaking the seal, because you should be able to push down on the perforated top of the box and see [or not see] the red unlimited stripe. In the long run, these error boxes [if kept sealed] might end up being as or more valuable than the real 1e boxes if they're rare enough edit: I just tried to check one of my monarch boxes (which I got early enough that I know it is really 1e), and it's actually very hard to tell, because the perforation really only reveals the very top of the packs without a lot of manipulation
