Rudy's Opinion - This is the highest demand 2021 mtg product so far. This is a very bittersweet product . i LOVE modern horizons items. This is very well built with a lot of value and unique variants. The biggest risk is the supply side post release. If wizards actually has supply over the next 12 months, prices will drop. The real risk is if this does not happen and prices drift higher. This is an unkown right now.
As for the single cards and the product itself, the value and EV is incredibly high, im skeptical the market can absorb this many variants and reprints without dropping in price substantally.
In addition, the success of this product is going to lay the framework for future price increases across the board. I expect wizards to be "PROUD" of the secondary market on this item. Which will be used for justification of more price increases.
While this continues to turn off and anger many people, the data shows no sign of sales declining.
