The Blood Hunter - Dissected
Added 2020-10-04 19:05:16 +0000 UTCHey all. I'm currently working on a project I'm calling "The Blood Hunter Dissected". Personally, I think the Blood Hunter has a lot of problematic mechanics for 5e (hurting yourself, stat penalties, vulnerabilities), and can be especially hard for new players to use successfully. However, it does cover some very strong character archetypes, so I'm working on converting it into various subclasses for official classes in 5e.
Blood Hunter (General Features) - Ranger, Blood Hunter Archetype
Order of the Ghost Slayer - Paladin, Oath of the Slayer
Order of the Profane Soul - Fighter, Profane Soul Archetype
Order of the Mutant - Barbarian, Path of the Mutant
Order of the Lycan - Barbarian, Path of the Lycan
