coming out as a werewolf enjoyer. watched Ginger Snaps and its sequel for the first time recently, and oof for the movies made in 2000 and 2004 respectively, they hold up quite well, while at the same time being a product of the 00's in a very obvious way (I got a violent throwback to being a teenager during the peak of emo culture lol)

I'm up to my ears in commissions and other various projects, but hopefully I'll have more free time next month so I could post here more often. for now here's some exercises I did while taking a breather, which was of course watching some x files. I often struggle with composition, and it's especially noticeable when I work on comics. so I've made some quick sketches of random frames, and a few notes on why this or that composition works. it's a very helpful exercise, I wish they taught us that in college, that way homework wouldn't have felt like a chore :')
