I just joined now. I did not buy from Rudy. I did buy a WTR online when it first came out for 64 bucks. and its still sealed. Also have few AC boxes and packs. Wish I bought more. Overall, loving this game.

I just didn't know about it since I only joined Rudy's taco Timmy army recently

From my understanding, "premium foil" is referring to a normal foil card, the fact that's it's foil being what makes it premium. A "cold foil" has a different foiling process and is a higher quality foiling that is more resilient to curling on the card. So any unlimited print run boxes miss out on those higher quality foils.

Premium Foil is rainbow foil c/r/s/m/l/f with l/f rarity being cold foil. In unlimited cold foil is being replaced with rainbow.

Question concerning booster contents: The website lists WtR booster contents as thus: 1 Token per pack 4 Generic Commons 7 Class Commons (being a mix of Brute, Guardian, Ninja, Warrior) 1 Rare 1 Rare / Super Rare / Majestic 1 Equipment 1 Premium Foil (can be from any non-token rarity) However the Unlimited is not supposed to contain "cold foils." Are cold foils different from "premium foils?"

I am 42 so I'm not but when we were still going to the store pre pandemic there were a number of 11-15 year olds that have very expensive and well brewed modern and standard decks that really were not fun to play against. One 12 year old we allowed to join our Commander group one week and his deck was amazing and totally not fun to play against. I think the younger folk just find the best deck list and copy that list and go for the fast win... Yes there are many who play under 24. My fourth time back to Magic since 1995 I was in a Shadows of Innistrad tournament and in the second to final round I was paired with a 14 year old. Dr. Potato

If it matters to your esstimate of sealed, I kept one box sealed but I didn't buy if from Rudy. LGS had them a while ago so I threw one in the cupboard and forgot about it.

I'm a bit wary when a game with some popularity is limiting supply enough that cards are going for hundreds of dollars. Seems like putting the cart before the horse and that lots of this feverish popularity is FOMO pushing up card prices before the player base is established.

Force of Will was also this popular (if not even more) when it first came out. Now look at it. I still love FoW but unfortunately it has declined in popularity since it started. The same will happen with Flesh and Blood.

I think we had option to buy 3 variety packs each with 2 wtr boxes and 1 wtr starter deck brick thingy, so I have 6 sealed of wtr booster box, and 3 sealed wtr starter deck brick and I think I have 16 sealed of the 1st expansion the purple boxes. Plus Rudy's face on 4 mats =) these will be worth billions in a few years.

I opened one of the second set but other than that the rest have been sealed due to not having time to really play and my work/life balance going to crap in the past 6 months (working 50-60 hours due to being remote instead of in an office). Glad I didn't open those after all.

I bought 2x the variety kit. I only opened the sample precons and one box of starters to play and learn the game. Liked the game a lot. My game group had planned on cracking a booster box to draft, but then quarantine happened. Guess I'm glad I didn't open it. It sounds like the my fun will be in collecting sealed alphas and playing the game with unlimited.

I wanna say that I was planning to buy before but my states furlough for non-essential kicked in and I missed it because of the backstreet boys reunion tour (man they love to tour.. six months now eugh). I am however planning on getting the new set unless some additional freak of nature event stops me.

I have two sealed ARC boxes, but no sealed WTR. I don't regret opening them.

Argent has some good cards still and he still has his collection, so we'll hang onto it. But Magic is what's taking all my money right now. Running out of space to store the MTG sealed stuff.

Magic the Shrinking Wallet has me wrapped up tight, my son tried Argent Saga and that died with the Covid, he loved it and still plays with a couple friends but over all nothing local from our LGS anymore. Just don't have the money or time to get into other games. Argent

I cracked one booster box because it was somehow beat to hell when it arrived. All but one pack of cards turned out to be in perfect condition. The unopened booster is in great condition. I also have the Hero decks sealed.

I opened the starter deck box, but both the booster boxes are still sealed. I was going to crack one and keep one, but this year happened and there's no one to play with. No one has gotten to see my awesome Rudy playmat yet.

I put all my money in Lo5R, Warlord Saga of the Storm, like six Star Wars TCG, Vs. System, Wyvern, DBZ, and the Harry Potter TCG. Maybe I will pick the right one next time :(

I didn't get the opportunity to buy from you Rudy, however, I have bought a total of 4 WTR boxes. 2 I opened last night to get into the game and get some singles for myself, and 2 I have coming to me will remain sealed. So just note, I did vote that I am keeping 2 sealed because that will ultimately add to sealed product remaining, but it was not directly from you. I am very excited about this new game, my wallet on the other hand, is not.

I only really focus on Mtg and Pokémon.

I got a box from my gf, but we never actually opened it. Good to see our laziness paid off lol
