I would just like to point out the contrast in how Rudy has handled this and how WotC has handled Secret Lair: Stargazing. I get that it is not quite an apples-to-apples comparison, but I wish more decision makers at WotC had the same care and passion for their customers that Rudy does.

I'm sure once Rudy's initial swap proposal is processed and he still need additional swap, he would consider other scenario. The issue is that there are a lot people wanting different things. That's a reason for him to setup his initial proposal the way it is (incentives, inventory, logistic etc).

Hey Rudy I only bought 3 boxes because I was saving to buy some 2020. Is there anyway I can do a partial swap on my order so I can get some of each? Or put in some extra cash to get in on this deal? Rudy, looking at the previous comment replies looks like you are open to specific swap scenario but preferred over your established parameter. I'm willing to straight-up swap 2 of my collector box to 2 sets of commander 2020. If you accept my proposal I'm expecting to receive 4 ikoria collect and 2 sets of commander 2020 from you. it seems that you would likely not process this unless you needed to, so I'll just PM you so you have it in your pocket in case you need additional backup. Thanks again and your video about this is the FIRST youtube video I've ever thumbed up. Your transparency is great and you are dealing with your screwup with a can-do altitude to fix it. Keep up the good work.
