If any new patrons doubt Rudy, I just want to say that I've ordered tons and tons of stuff from him and it has always come in great condition. That goes for his Ebay store too.

Put in my first order 2 days ago and just got confirmation + tracking today. You should get a confirmation email with tracking number in it.

This is my second order, First came fast like a week also, this new one the shipping mail said "pirate ship" it only was a bit weird I guess Rudy changed the company that helps him I mean is a true shipping page :)

Yeah my package I ordered that shipped on 3/31 didn't make it to me until 4/20. The packages will come eventually, so if there are any new patrons here that are worried, don't be. You aren't getting cheated =).

Thanks for the update Rudy. My package has been sitting in Chicago for over a week, so that is probably one of the problem sites. Not a big deal, just wondering if you have had others in the same situation.

I guess that 3 box hunch paid off this month! My patrons are seeing similar things - an extra week or two above regular shipping times for first class, but others haven't noticed a difference.

Yes Rudy it’s been a completely insane. Everyone’s been ordering more and more packages and the the priority has been good but I’ve gotten complaints from a few of my customers with the ground...But are working our asses off though to get that to you! Be patient though, my route has been getting Christmas volume the past few weeks.

yea overall USPS Priority has been flawless and reliable but the ground cheap stuff has been awful. But again that is the feedback from the other patrons

Wish that was the case. I had an order from 4/4 that was delivered today. With TCGplayer I’ve had a couple orders around that time that still haven’t been delivered.

Our packages do range from 1 to 24 pounds. Our service with UPS netted us the 3 week+ issues you mentioned as well so I can get that. However USPS and FedEx are doing very well for us considering. FedEx is guaranteeing 2 day anywhere in the country for us including HI and AK. Either way- having issues with shipping sucks and I get it. I am just not seeing it on our end so it catches me off guard.

Is this true even for the more expensive boxes eg collectors boosters?

box openings are normall shipped 1st class mail and expensive box openings are priorty air, so it should not be impacted

I dont you are shipping some smaller cheaper packages USPS Ground/Parcel Select/Media mail for the small stuff. In addition i have about 150 patrons who are upset that all the ground packages are taking 3+ weeks. So that is where the infomration is coming from

Hey Rudy, I Agree with Chase. I work for USPS (mail carrier) and its been business as usual for us since the pandemic. Shouldn't be seeing any delays through us, especially not 30 day delays.

Ok thanks, this was my first month of patron so I didn't know there was a difference in shipping depending on how many boxes you ordered till after I ordered. Will keep that in mind next month

Hey Rudy, I ship 1300+ packages per week with USPS and Fedex. There has been less than 1.5 days average difference in shipping time with USPS and Fedex. (UPS is terrible right now and is more likely to hold your package and send it back without attempting delivery) but there are no real delays with the others. Where is this information coming from?
