As previously stated, I'm no longer making the weekly posts unless I have something to share.
So FunkyPedia is being rebuilt as a WebAssembly application. Right now it's not working too great but as a warm-up for building the Funky-Spice game's own WebApp, it's to be expected that it will go through some growing pains.
Right now, I have successfully tested it on the major desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge-chromium)
The issues are with mobile browsers not rendering the pages. (Chrome + Firefox)
I don't own a tablet of any kind so I can't test on those, and I wouldn't touch an iDevice even with a Macross stick so I can't tell about Safari performance.
All my mobile tests are made using a Pixel 4 device. So, yeah. Feedback would be appreciated because once I can trust that I'm good enough to run that technology on most common devices I'll use the same implementation for the game's web client.
