Weekly update: Charlie

Unfortunately it also revealed measurement error for previous avatars of Charlie at 5'11" and 6' of height... I'll have to re-measure and update those stats in the near future.
I'll be working the remaining time until the end of November on the new graphics story: Bride Craft. That might take too much time for me to do the next weekly content update but its for a good cause.
